We love a good bowl of pho on a cold winter night. The brisket pho is the preference for our whole family. Their spring rolls with peanut sauce are nice too. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that their to-go soups come in plastic containers. I don't like all that plastic leaching into my food during my half hour drive home. What did we get?x2 Beef Pho, and a side of rice - Broth needs seasoning, many reviews mention that, yet there isn't anything done differently; the meat when you wrap it in plastic as a solid ball of meat, looks pretty unappetizing, to-go orders need some work...I would love to eat in, but the environment is not inviting, it smells strongly of incense, which someone also stated cigarettes, and the seating isn't the most comfortable. I have been eating phô for the last 50+ years, from Saigon to Paris to the US, and this is absolutely the best phô (beef only, no extras) I have eaten in the US. In addition the fried eggrolls were excellent.Service was lovely and I highly recommend the restaurant.
