It's closed in the Promanade mall Temecula. So sad. Loved this place. I wonder if it moved somewhere else?

I wish I could give Hummus Republic way more stars. They have 6 different humus flavors that are so delicious. My favorite is the falafel on pita, I get almost all of the toppings and my stomach feels sooo happy after. It's not very often I can go out to eat because of digestive issues. I love this place. The blonde woman is so kind but most of the staff are.

Food is okay (2 ⭐️'s for the food/0 on cleanliness), but the employees/managers are NASTY. I've witnessed 3 times, they use the SAME gloves handling food, and the register/money. NEVER removing them after taking money. As they suppose to change out. I told them to change while handling my food. The last time I went, I end up leaving without ordering. I watch the guy prepare the customer food, took cash for that order, still wearing the same gloves. He then started preparing the other food, I said something, so he put sanitizer on the gloves...smh . Next time I'm at the mall, I'm going to secretly video tape them and send it to the Department of Environmental Health.

Similar to CAVA but with less options. Pickled cabbage wasn't pickled yet and the pita was given to us cold/ raw. A bit salty too

Delicious. Husband had surprised me with a vegan burger and sweet potato fries. Can't remember the toppings or dressings he picked but it was excellent. I came back for a quick dinner and chose a bowl with chickpeas, spinach, spicy hummus, white cabbage, carrot mix and chick peas croutons, with garlic dressing and the jalapeño sauce. Sweet potatoes fries are made to order... OMG a wonderful meal that was filling and the right amount of spice. Excellent customer service too. I'll be back!

Had lunch catered for a birthday party today, food was absolutely amazing and had plenty left over. Service was great!

Amazing food, kick a** vegetarian options. My friend really liked the lemon chicken wrap. Everything has a homemade feel, with attention to quality ingredients. The lady working , I think her name was Chra, was so kind and helpful, as was the gentleman working, who seemed to be the manager? Either way, worth trying if you find yourself in the mall. Great service, best veggie options around.

This is our second time eating at this establishment. Our first visit was a positive experience, but today's visit makes us not want to go back. My husband ordered a wrap and I ordered a pita with a side of falafel. As the person behind the counter was preparing the food, you would think that she was paying for the ingredients out of her own paycheck. They were so tight with the ingredients, it was almost laughable. I can spend the majority of this review describing how comically stingy she was being with the spread, the meat, and even the veggies... but this review is long enough. However, i will describe the fact that when it came to the meat, it looked like the poor girl was literally counting out the number of pieces that she was putting in the wrap and pita bread. I don't blame the girl behind the counter for being stingy, I'm almost certain that it was an order of the manager to ration the ingredients as if we were in the middle of a severe famine, the likes of which the world has never seen before. Now i did read the Manager's response in the other reviews saying that they kept the same price since 2018 but had to pay more for increased food prices and labor... My suggestion is to increase the menu prices so that you don't have to be so stingy with the ingredients. Most people are willing to pay extra for food that tastes as good as yours, and is healthy. What people DON'T want to see is the person behind the counter counting off small pieces of meat and putting small, nearly non-existent, amounts of spread. It is insulting to the customer to be so tight with your ingredients right in front of their eyes and then get hit with a big bill. If you want repeat customers, you need to change your strategy. Charge more for your menu items and give your customers a reason to come back by actually making them full when they buy your food. Anyways, we paid 30 bucks and were unfortunately not full. I ain't no fatty either, i can get full off of a single kit kat and the power of the universe, so yea. I won't be coming back again, especially when the same 30 bucks can buy me a feast at the Charleys food stand a couple booths away. On a POSITIVE note, the veggies were fresh and delicious. Can't really comment on the meat since there was so little of it that the veggies ended up overwhelming and being the star of the show. Can't comment on the spread either for the same reason.

Came in today because I was in the area, I love hummus republic, the food is really good and I think they have good sized portions. I always get the bowl, I love how I get so many great toppings, I love the pickled onions and cabbage. I usually get falafel on top with the garlic sauce, it's so good and I love that I get 3 scoops of hummus so I can try the different kinds. I also got the turmeric ginger lemonade which is amazing and really fresh. I enjoy coming here because it's healthy, fresh and it tastes great.

I hate writing a bad review, but it needs to be done. Whoever the lady is that works in the front serving needs to work on her customer service skills ASAP My husband and I use to enjoy coming to this place, but not after today. We got our usual, to bowls with toppings, and sauce on the side. The lady that helped us today was rude, and unprofessional. My husband wanted to get a spicy sauce on the side, but the lady told him it was $.50 extra, He asked her "well what does unlimited mean"? On their menu it states "unlimited" toppings and dressings, so why were we being charged an extra $.50? So she couldn't give a proper response other than, "if you don't like it, we don't have to serve you" Wow, wasn't expecting that response but we got it. Then the guy that was there, mentioned something about, the menu is been changed. Well if that's the case, put something over "unlimited", because from the other reviews others have had the same issue. Moral of this post, when you have rude and unprofessional people working in your business customer service skills 101 is first and foremost, and losing customers is bad for business. Had she explained it in a better way, and not been so darn rude, I wouldn't be writing this negative review. Recommendation for the company; change your menu, and hire more professional and courteous people to serve. *We DEFINITELY won't be returning to this business*

I elected to put all proof of purchase first. Other photos follow.Alright, here we go. I'm not quite sure how to start this review as I always look for the positive in any food I order as times are tough for many places. I understand that, but what I don't understand is how your name on DoorDash does not match up. That poor girl walked around forever looking for "The Greek Dude" and you go by "Hummus Republic." How is anyone supposed to find this place? I would suggest that you at least let DoorDash know. Don't do that to hard working drivers.Next on the list of things I am disappointed with is the fact that my order was not correct. I paid for Greek Fries (see photo) and I did not receive them. I would have also appreciated in the food description that they were Sweet Potato Fries. I hate Sweet Potatoes. $5.50 down the drain. Add a description so people know what they are buying! That was simple, but so was having your name right, so I don't know.My food fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Photos are also attached, but I did include the initial photos and found the presentation to be awesome, but it fell apart on the first bite. Now for the positive...The freshness of this food is wonderful and it is light and crisp. You won't leave feeling like you ate a Philly, but you won't leave hungry either. They did an excellent job in putting some of the freshest looking produce into these Pitas (Eggplant and Spin-itch) off the menu and written as spelled. I found them to be quite fresh. Take that as you wish too. I find no fault with the quality of any of the ingredients. They did a great job on this.Final thought:Figure out what your name is and change it with DoorDash and on your POS system. No excuse to not have the right name.

We ate here excited to try a new healthy option for dinner. We left disappointed in wasting $30 on dinner. The food lacked flavor and it was apparent that everything had been sitting in the warming trays for too long. My protien (swarma mushrooms) was inedible. My husband also obky had about 1oz of protien added to his bowl. Such a shame.

the owner/manager is very unprofessional - I saw him get very mean to a person in the food court - when I found out he is associated with Hummus Republic - I decided not to ever eat there -

No customer service. The man behind the counter did not greet me. Someone had to come to front to serve. Was talking to staff member about diet and instead of just talking about the quality of food she proceeds to talk negatively about other food being served in food court.Did not enjoy my food.

I had a terrible experience with staff at Hummus Republic. The blonde girl with glasses was very rude to me from the beginning to end. When I asked for some extra napkins and a lid when I returned she grilled me about repeating to her what my order was. I have never experienced this in a dine in area.Very rude, unprofessional and not okay.
