Nobody wants to work anymore. Get a new job. Showed up at 2:15am 4/9/24. Came by after the one on Rancho said it would take a hour and 20 mins to reset the system. This Person told me they are only taking cash and breakfast cause system is resetting. I asked how long to reset and they said it takes 30 mins. I’ve come by at this time a dozen times over the last 4 months to this exact location and never had this issue. I’ve been told that they have limited items but they still could take my order. I have a friend who works at McDonald’s who told me resetting takes 15mins max. Do your job. Hire new people.

Ordered drive thru, gave them 2 mobile codes for 2 diff orders, they tell me to go to the 2nd window. They gave me the second order , I told them your missing the first one, the lady at the window tells me that's it I have no more orders with an attitude, I show her my receipt , she pulls up my order , she takes a long time to get my order than tells me to park for my coffee. I don't have 15 min to wait. Time is money. I left mad. Just didn't like the way she spoke to me. Mc donalds is supposed to be about customer service. Ever since corporation left up North the individual Franchise Mc donalds service took a nose dive.

There weren't many people inside.The employees didn't greet nor thank me.Others who ordered after me got their orders before me. When I went to ask for my order, I saw it sitting on their back counter. It was only after walking up that I received my order.I won't be coming back to this location.

Went through the drive-thru, was asked to pull up and park. Waited 10 mins was employee walked up but didn't have our food 3 times. 3 vehicles behind me got their food and left. This is unacceptable!!!

I was picking up a doordash order and super thirsty. I asked if I could get a cup of water and who I assume is the manager (he had a different shirt) said I couldn’t get one without paying. I let him know I had forgotten my wallet at home & he still refused. Was just kind of a bummer ?‍♀️
