Good coffee, nice location. First time here. Coffee didn't taste exactly like I thought it would as far as the flavor I chose but it was still good. Will probably come more often once they move locations. Willing to try other flavors and see what it's all about. Prices are on the higher end. I like trying different coffee locations and love when they have a rewards program, especially if they have many regulars. Great coffee, but was refused service during business hours because employee wanted to go home sooner.Update: my other experiences are good, but the company replied to my review and said I didn't get my order in on time and implied that I tried knocking on the door because they were already locked. What actually happened was I walked in through unlocked front doors a few minutes before 5pm and was refused service. I was there in time. Stopped by for frappes today, ordered 4 drinks, two 16oz frappes came shorted at least 2 to 4 oz, then they filled the gap with whipped cream. Feel totally jipped, the fact that they didn't see they were short and make sure we got what we paid for is BS. Super awkward to have to ask about being shorted on a coffee drink, I guess it pays that much more short people even after they tip 20%. At least they rated good.
