While this is a winery in cute old town Temecula, the olive oil tasting is the best. This is a really fun thing to do with your friends, especially those that don’t drink. They give small bread pieces and put various flavored olive oils in a tray. They give you dip and mix suggestions. The lemon olive oil is always in my cupboard

Mike Calabro Is the owner of this really cute establishment where they do olive oil and wine tastings. Cute little rooms and a dog friendly patio. He is so friendly and I definitely WOULD go back.

This is a great little place in the heart of Old Town Temecula! Mike and Mindi are terrific hosts! Mike really knows his way well around wine, flavored olive oils and flavored vinegars and balsamics! Such a terrific little tasting room and the staff is lovely. Everything they make is terrific! When you sign up for their wine club, you can get wine, oils, vinegars or a combination!

The staff are pleasant and the $5 peach sangria is wonderful! Sit in the backyard with the water fountain flowing on a nice peaceful evening. Bliss!

For starters, this location ( 41955 Main Street) is NOT Temecula Hills Winery. The Temecula Hills' only tasting room is on De Portola Road. This location is called Villa di Calabro (they have olive oil and wine to taste). We were not thrilled at all with the Villa di Calabro wines, but their location in Old Town is convenient.

Awesome place! A must visit when one comes to Temecula. Great olive oil tasting and with wine tasting. Nice wine, nice ambience, nice people will visit regularly when we come back to Temecula.

If you are a serious wine drinker, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I consider myself to have an above average palate, and I thought the wine was really, really awful. A few friends and I got together here last week. Two of us were not in the mood for red wine and thought, "What the heck..it's hot outside...let's try the Sangria." We actually thought it would be refreshing. Wow...what a shock. It was like a melted down Peach flavored Jolly Rancher candy in a glass - SICKLY SWEET and not at all refreshing. We were both unable to finish it. And the "peach" flavor tasted like an artificial peach flavoring. Oh, and it's $5 for a portion that is equivalent to about 1/2 of a wine glass. Keyways used to offer a "White Sangria" on Sundays that was really good. It tasted fresh, and it tasted like fruit - not "fruit flavored." THW&V would be well advised to make a Sangria that actually tastes good. There were two true oenophiles in our group, both VERY knowledgeable about wine, who tried a tasting. They both thought the wines were "below average." I wish more wineries in this area would make wine for the SAKE OF MAKING GOOD WINE - and not just for sale to unsuspecting bus tourists who want sugary, sweet wine. I have to say that the outdoor areas were lovely. But if you decide to picnic here, BYOW because if you truly appreciate good wine you will not like the wines here.

This place is great,seems tiny until you take a look out back at the beautiful courtyard. Since they only offer wine and olive oil tastings,(no food) they allow you to pack a picnic and enjoy the lovely surroundings and wine of course which is also great! 6 tastings for only $10.00. I can't wait to go back, summer fun!
