“I have to say that when my fiancé came home with a $50 cake for my daughter's 13th birthday I was not happy. I had never had a Tres Leches cake before and my other daughter said they are overly sweet and really soggy. Sounded terrible to me. I reluctantly took a slice to make my 13 yr old birthday girl happy and to not waste an expensive cake. I am not exaggerating when I say that their Tres Leches cake is the BEST cake I have ever had. It is perfectly balanced and the strawberries in the whipped cream filling are to die for. I have always loved strawberry shortcake with half and half poured on top and this cake reminds me of that. My only suggestion would be to have more strawberries but that just because I'm greedy and love strawberries. There are very few times we have finished a purchased cake but I am happy to say not one slice went to waste. You will not be disappointed with this cake! In case you can't tell, I Highly recommend.“
“This is the best cafe in town! Clean and comfortable space with friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend the Amstrdm Breakfast sando with croissant. the pastry is light and flaky, layered with tender eggs and avocado. Definitely ask for their famous homemade fermented hot sauce!“
“A friend brought me gluten free donuts from here a few months ago. What a special treat! We happened to be visiting Atascadero today (from Santa Barbara), and I had to stop! “What can I say? Joebella's coffee is a treat. They roast it on site. We always buy their beans to have coffee at home too. They offer yummy breakfast treats and what's better than a latte that comes delivered complete with art?! Spoke to a super friendly barista, Makena who helped me decide on different beans since I always lean towards the Velvet. Velvet is my favorite. Ended up getting some Sumatra and the House Roast, loved both of these too! This place is always packed with what seems to be the regulars. You know a place is good when the regulars are frequenting often. Great place! Does not disappoint!“
“Red Scooter Deli is a charming eatery located in the small downtown area of Paso Robles. And what a great find it was to eat here! My family and I ordered the following: - Chicken Pesto Wrap - Club Wrap - Turkey Bacon Melt - Tuna Melt The amount of food was fairly sizable and quite delectable. The prices were reasonable too. Their outdoor seating is dog-friendly, even though our own doggie Derby is a menace (Derby is notorious for incessantly barking at wait staff). If you're ever passing through Paso Robles, try the food at Red Scooter Deli. You won't be disappointed.“
“Such an interesting concept for a coffee shop, as it's attached to a church and everyone working here is a volunteer, with the exception of the two managers. The inside is wonderfully decorated, with a very bohemian and relaxing vibe. It's a nice big open space with plenty of indoor seating and an adorable high top bar area. Their menu has lots of great coffee, tea, boba and smoothie options! I ordered the peanut butter, chocolate protein smoothie and oh my gosh was it absolutely delicious! Probably one of the best smoothies I've ever had from a coffee shop or restaurant. It was creamy and the consistency was just perfect, not too thin or watery. I highly, highly recommend this smoothie! The young woman that took my order is one of the managers and was so pleasant and lovely! Even for being attached to a church, this spot is very cute and conveniently just around the corner from downtown Atascadero.“
“This is my second time visiting the coffee house and I explored the outdoor patio. Make sure you walk all the way to the back because there's a bunch of seating. - I am obsessed with the vegan and gluten-free raspberry oat bar. Not only is it delicious, but it's a really good sized pastry. - I also got the veggie breakfast burrito and it was below my expectations considering taste. There was a brown sauce that was used in the burrito that I didn't care for. I asked for avocado, but I couldn't taste it in the burrito. I was, however, grateful that they did not include mushrooms as I requested. as always, the service was speedy and polite.“
“My daughter and I came here last week spur of the moment to get a quick bite. People were pleasant, quiche and cookie were delicious, and it was nice to sit and eat quickly without the long ordeal at a regular sit-down restaurant.If you want to sit down and have your quiche heated up there, it takes about 15-20 minutes for them to do that in the oven.“
“Hug-a-mug is A HUG IN A MUG. Quality beyond expectation and very kind baristas. I ordered the Yeti AND Ritchie's Nutty Caramel because I just couldn't choose one, and both made me do a little dance. I enjoyed sipping on my coffee in their outdoor seating area decorated with patio lights and potted plants. Don't pass this place up!“
“Great service, they gifted me and my friend some donut holes for our littles. I got the breakfast burrito, ham and cheese croissant sandwich and a lemon lavender donut. Everything was delicious and made fresh, I'll likely come back tomorrow to try the other donut flavors. The place is very quaint, relatively small inside (2 tables with a 2 seater bar) with some outdoor seating.“

“We only manage to get to Paso Robles every couple of years, but we stumbled upon this little gem in 2022 and planned our mornings around walking to this coffee shop. I love that it's a small business, and especially love that the flavor combinations are creative and amazing. This review is coming from someone who previously worked at Starbucks(!) My son ordered the golden latte one Saturday morning, and we all had to try a sip. The flavor combination was so fresh, unexpected and delicious that we all returned to the shop for our own cups...and again the next day before beginning our journey home. Flash forward two years, and we couldn't wait to walk to Joebella...and wow, now there are even more interesting combinations to try. Yes, I still love the golden latte, so I was thankful my son ordered one that I could share...but a few more that I will be dreaming about until our next trip~the rose ginger latte, lavender vanilla honey latte and the oh-my-goodness wish I could remember the name of it, but it was topped with orange peel foam. I actually want to plan a visit to Paso sooner, and stay longer, just to sip and savor the unique offerings of this super cute shoppe every morning. Oh, and the cups are handed off without a lid (though I'm sure you could ask for one) in order to showcase the latte art. Love it.“

“A new treasure in Paso Robles. This was our second visit in one week ! Lots of delicious food to choose from- eggs, sandwiches, salads $ soup- I had a veggie omelet that was fabulous. Everything is made from scratch- the service & servers are the best. They are open for Breakfast and lunch, plenty of tables and plenty of parking. Very wholesome foods- I highly recommend AGAPE.“

The coffee here is strong, the service fast and friendly, and the graffiti art all over the interior walls is really cool. If you are looking for an eclectic coffee house with its own style, this is the place for you. Tyler roasts and grinds his own beans, which makes for an extra special experience. Fair warning: If you are a lightweight when it comes to caffeine, make sure to talk to the barista about it when you order. I had a mocha last visit that was amazingly delicious but it launched me into a caffeinated low-earth orbit. My wife and even my kids drive from Tulare, CA just to stop and say hi and grab a coffee (the blended Chai is our favorite) my wife and kids used to stop every day when they lived here and even now we make the drive for some. It's worth the short stop if you're passing through for some of the best coffee and friendliest service you will ever receive.“

“I can always count on Starbucks to deliver exactly what I want while in my travels. No surprises, no let downs. Just exactly what I order every time. The drink was to the pleasing, just right! The Starbucks and it's ambiance is nice since it's inside an Albertsons that looks like a Avon's. it's usually busy so be ready to wait. Tipping is necessary if you want your drink done right and fast ( like any other restaurant in California)“
“Occasionally, Starbuck's falls short on customer service, quality, and consistency of the beverages. We're all human, so it happens. But this location gets it right every time. I was especially pleased not only with the friendly and speedy service, but my Latte too! It was perfectly made, and my cup was actually full! Just the right amount of foam. “I've been in here several times, man there is so much stress going out there thank you Covid-19, but I got to give kudos to all the associates that work there especially the shift managers and managers, they are all great. “What a killer breakfast! I was not expecting such exploding flavors. Wow. My husband had the breakfast tacos, I had the chilaquiles, my son had the French toast. We all loved everything we ate and will for sure be making an effort to stop here again. Service was very friendly, too. Low key, order at the counter place. We loved it.“
