I tried this place in cal poly and it was a pretty tasty vegan option! I ordered the Buddha bowl. The chickpeas go well with the vegetables, rice, and dressing. My one complaint is that the bowl costed $13, which is pretty crazy for basically a bowl full of vegetables.

Tried the fig chutney burger with vegan cheddar cheese. The flavor combination of this burger was amazing. Slightly sweet and savory. My husband had the grilled cheese made with Tillamook cheddar. We will definitely be back. It's not always easy to find good vegan good. Ivy the owner was super fun to chat with while ordering as well super friendly.

Excellent, flavorful veggie burgers that I literally could not distinguish from ground beef, plus all the fixings and several other tempting menu items too. Ivy has a big emphasis on sustainably sourced (including local) vegetarian/vegan food options and I really applaud this. It's challenging to come up with satisfying, nutritious menu items that are good for the Earth while using less water, less energy, and fewer chemicals but Ivy and her crew are absolutely making it work. Check them out!

Fun food truck with amazing vegan choices. Had the fig chutney burger and the apple burger with roasted potatoes. Delicious!

If you have a chance to eat at the Plant Ivy Food Truck, do it! These burgers are delicious :) They are all vegetarian (vegan patties), but can easily be made vegan. There are multiple options for vegan cheese (I love both the cheddar and provolone!), the coconut bacon is an excellent addition, and the pretzel buns are something special! Ivy herself is a lovely, kind person and I love seeing her big smile whenever we go put in our order. We went to three Monday Meetups in SLO this summer (2021), and all three times we got burgers from Plant Ivy :) Don't miss out!

If you've always wanted to try a plant based burger, but were afraid it wouldn't taste good enough. If you've heard that plant based burgers will never replace meat base burgers, then you haven't tried the Impossible Burgers from Plant Ivy's food truck in Grover Beach. Placed on a delicious soft pretzel roll with the fixings of your choice, Ivy's burgers are the best on the Central Coast. And while you're there, try the cauliflower "potato salad", my personal favorite. You also get to feel good about supporting a local business.

Excellent vegan selection. Delicious roasted potatoes. Fun kombucha selection. Nice staff. Their chips are kinda boring, so get the potatoes. Ask about their different vegan cheeses. Yum!

I have known Ivy for a few years now and would have supported her business no matter what, but believe me when I say that she and her team make the best impossible burgers on the central coast! She recommended the apple burger+combo which was all delicious and filling too! Her truck is so adorable and covered in, you guessed it, ivy! Please give this place a try whether you're vegan or not!
