Requested one order of boneless and one of bone-in. Both came as bone-in. Wings were ok overall. Slathered in sauce... could have been cooked a little more after saucing to thicken it and cook off some of the excess. I won't order from there again.

It’s been 4 months since we were last here. We both got 3 for me chicken sandwiches. They are big meals! Side salad , fries , drink and a large chicken breast on s brioche bun. Neither of us could finish so took 1/2 in a to go box. Service today was exceptional. Our compliments to Jenni and to Amy. They were attentive to our needs and thoroughly pleasant. Both were working hard to wait on (Jenni) and serve (Amy) customers in both areas of the restaurant. The lack of wait staff is apparent since they were the only ones we saw and really were hustling. Their outgoing personalities and efficiency are an asset to this Chili’s.

I ordered the hottest flavor wings. I received disgusting dry chicken tenders. There was no flavor (literally) and they were basically salty dry chicken tenders. I'm disgusted and I can't believe I wasted my money on this.

My lemon pepper dry rub was not rubbed throughout my wings, my fries were soggy and overall I did not enjoy my food.

Planned a company event of 20-30 people. Called ahead of time and was told just to show up ahead of time and they will accommodate. Well, they refused to accommodate and had a bad attitude and refused to help. Don't go to this establishment.

It was not a good experience I ordered it from door dash :note this is a virtual restaurant: And I wanted some wings. So instead of Buffalo Wild Wings and wingstop I chose something different and cheap. when it arrived I was immediately quick to think it was good. The wings were smoked and was too soft and not enough sauce. It was like if they lightly sauced the wings. the fries were generic and tasted like Arby's. But it had a texture of styrofoam. Few wings in and I was starting to feel disgusted and sick. Stoped eating and hope I don't get food poisoning.

My family and I used to frequent just wings untill our last order. The wings that we ordered were rancid in smell and color. It's obvious the meat had gone bad and they still served it. This is very concerning and sad because we could have had a long relationship. However the trust is now broken. I wouldn't recommend.

Something is always wrong when we order through door dash. This time they gave me wings with no sauce and didn't give us the extra ranch we paid for.

This place used to be good.... But over the last few months it's turned to crap. The last straw was last nights order!! Boneless wings were literally the size of pennies and so over cooked that they were impossible to eat. Not to mention greasy!!!! There was a pool of grease in the bottom of the container. So disappointed. Their prices are great which is why I frequented them.... But I'd rather spend more and get edible food because lately this place seems to not care what it's putting out. So disappointing.

First order was smoked buffalo and mango habanero. I ordered the applewood smoked by mistake and when I got them, I wondered why the taste was so strange, had to double check my order. Did not like it at all, not a fan of the smoked. Second time, I got regular buffalo and mango hot. Neither orders came with much sauce, both orders were delivered and by the time I received all the food, the fries were cold and soggy. The wings were cooked alright but almost no sauce.
