I've had the mechanics at JRA work on my son's bike, and have been pleased with the outcome every time.On top of being a great bike shop, they have a full coffee bar and make really good coffee.

They have some great bikes and some nice parts for saleLooks like they know what they are doing...Although they have a coffee shop on site and I ordered an Americano, it was really watered down, didn't taste much like coffee, more like flavored water... it's sad, we used this as a destination after doing an event in Pasadena...

Dropped off bike for derailleur adjustment. Picked bike up and it was shifting worst, noticed pulley was missing teeth. Returned to shop and was told part wasn't available. Part was readily available so I bought and delivered it to JRA. Charged second time for derailleur adjustment in addition to other maintenance. On the next ride the brake was nearly inoperative although it was fine prior. Politely explained the situation but failed to get a reasonable response, had my bike repaired at another shop. Suggest they be more careful with QA before releasing bikes.
