“Two charming people were working there as I dropped in with my little girl while we were in Thousand Oaks on a mission to get specialized batteries for our home gate opener. It was Veterans Day and I asked if they had any specials. They offered a free tall coffee. My daughter asked for a cake pop and hot chocolate, which I was happy to pay for, but they gave it all to us for free! Of course we tipped.What I really liked was the bathroom. The toilet flushes with just a manual handle, with no creepy sensor and automatic flush. The sink had manual water you can just turn on and off, with a manual pump for soap. Again, no weird sensors that make things difficult. And the best part, paper towels! I can't stand blow dryers, which are loud, annoying, don't dry your hands, and seem to use a lot of energy. And with paper towels available, you can wash your face if you've had a long day and would like to sit down freshened up before enjoying your hot drinks and sweet treats. Thanks to this Starbucks for the little things that show you care for your customers.“
“I have a Target and MULTIPLE Starbucks closer to me but purposely go to the TO one just because Nina makes the best Starbucks I've had in my entire life. My friend and I go on the occasional weekday just to get a drink made by her. The best Double Chocolatey Chip EVER!!! Thank you, Nina!!“
“There is an employee named Emily that is always very nice and friendly. Every time I drive thru, she knows my order, she will even recap what I got last time and ask how my co-workers liked the recommendations she made. She builds rapport with her customers and makes them feel like they matter. I am very happy that you guys hired her, there needs to be more Emily's in world.“
“I've been going to this Starbucks for a while. The staff is super friendly and the environment is good for working. One time I forgot my snowman cookie and I called the store to let them know. The manager, Amanda, was nice enough to let me pick it up 2 days later! Thanks Amanda!There's indoor and outdoor seating. I've seen people bring their dogs to this Starbucks and sit in the outside area.There's also plenty of parking so it's definitely not a struggle to find a spot.“
“My partner just came here and ordered one of their im-store exclusives and said it was delicious! They wouldn't let me try it, but I'll take their word. They forgot to ask for oat milk so they got 2% dairy instead and then had diarrhea. But they still liked the strawberry dream latte!“

“Of all the Starbucks around, this has been my favorite. It's big with lots of seating, both inside and outside. They keep it really clean and comfortable. And every time I come in, which has been only a handful of times, the baristas are full of smiles and very friendly. I ordered a carafe and it was ready for me at exactly the time I asked. They were so busy, but the 2 people that helped me made sure I got everything without feeling rushed. Kudos to the team at this Starbucks!“
“This location is in Westlake Village, on Thousand Oaks Blvd, catty corner to the TO Post Office.The people are always welcoming and great. Location is clean. Service is fast. Food and drinks are consistent.Great place to get together for an informal business meeting.They still have a small supply chain issue with a few items. Prices also seem to keep creeping up. I spent $15 on a coffee drink, egg bites, and a scone. Would I get a better breakfast deal elsewhere? Absolutely. And end up with something more substantial. But I'm aware of that and this is admittedly convenient.“

“Staff is friendly and the setting is perfect both indoors and out. It feels like a community because there are regulars. They have board games and coloring books with crayons, super thoughtful. I want to say the barista Ambrosa (hopefully that's right) is super kind to my kids since they are just learning how to order and pay.“

He was kind and cheerful even though you KNOW it's been a busy morning, and everyone inside was happy. “This is one of the prettiest Starbucks locations I've visited thus far! I do some traveling for work so I was working in Thousand Oaks on New Year's Eve and wanted to stop by and get some coffee and the famous cranberry bliss bars for work. The place was big, welcoming, the pastries looked fresh, the place was smelling like freshly-brewed coffee--of course. I ordered a simple latte and it went perfectly with a cranberry bliss bar. I love that I could buy a package of them to take for a group, it makes it so much easier. I'll definitely frequent this place more often if I work here again! “4 stars because I'm stuck on how to rate this business. The AM shift deserves 5 stars!! The PM shift deserves 2/3 which is why I left a 4 star. I come here often I work in the area and this Starbucks is my go to spot, the morning shift is ALWAYS so sweet, friendly and welcoming!! Especially how crazy and chaotic it can be with how busy it is they always are so friendly and get the order right. I order in afternoon sometimes after work when I need to go to kids soccer practices, there are a few people who are friendly in afternoon there are 3 of them I can't remember their names but they are always very friendly! However everyone else I have gotten they do not look happy to be there.I get it! Work is exhausting I totally don't wanna be there too sometimes but the attitude is so unnecessary. Also--I have noticed now 3 times (same people) when I order LIGHT ice, my drink is filled to the top of ice. I shouldn't have to take 4 sips and be done with my drink. I never return it or ask for a change at first because I feel bad but the last time when I said light ice please, the girl said it was and had attitude. I didn't even go back and forth. I understand it can be an annoying request but seriously 3 times... i find it funny I say light ice I get more than the average and now feel it's petty. The attitude and personality from both shifts is literally night and day, the pm shift seems unfriendly sometimes they looked irritated annoyed and unwelcoming.“

“Ok they rock here and now it needs to be five stars! Busy morning and in error my husband ordered at another location. He went to counter to explain and the lovely lady and another lady with cool multi colored hair said no problem and corrected the situation and made his coffee and breakfast with a smile. We just showed the phone and they went to work. This was so kind. Mine was ordered correctly and at right place and it was perfect. Great start to our morningWent this morning for drinks and a ham and cheese crossiant. It was barely 6am. The pastry was hot and we ate some while waiting for our coffees. We need caffeine today so we both had six shot drinks with 4 regular and 2 decaf we understand making 12 shots takes a few minutes. No problem. The drinks were fine and overall a decent experience. They have a drive through as well as we just walked in the pouring rain there. They were discussing who would make the drinks which was a little strange however.
