Subway on Reino Road, Newbury Park. There is a small creepy asian man with a crooked nose and toxic personality that seems to always be working there. The hours posted on the door said open until 9 PM. My family walked in at 7:40 PM. The worker did a fake hand wash and did not put on plastic gloves until he realized I was not going to order until he did. He asked me if we were going to dine in or take out. I said "dine in. " He said we could not do that as he was closing in 5 minutes. I told him his posted hours were 9 PM. He said he was closing at 8 PM. I pointed to his wall clock which displayed the correct time of 7:40 and I said we would be done eating before 8 PM. He again said he was closing in five minutes. We walked out. This was the second creepy experience at this store with this employee. He must be hurting on the inside or he has a Napoleon complex.

Stopped by for lunch at this location. The area is nice. The sandwich artist made me a delicious sandwich called the Mexicali! Subway has really upgraded their menu. They have a whole new menu now! Service was good and the place was nice and clean.

I haven't been to Subway for a minute. I tried it out and it was a gong show. I thought it was a joke when i opened the sandwich. The meat and portions were a joke. No meat almost at all!!!! The flavor was good but I got nothing except bread sauce and mini meat. If you want a good sandwich that fills you up DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!

This subway needs some help. The young guy that seems to be in there all the time now needs some supervision. Always seems to do a sloppy job- no sauce on the meatball marinara, doesn't cut the foot-longs unless you ask, sloppily put together sandwiches, trying to do 2 orders at the same time, etc. Always out of something- provolone, meatballs, cookies, etc. Etc.Hello, owner...

I walked in to this Subway just before 4:30 pm. The only person in the store was an employee sitting down drinking a soda. When I walked in, he hopped right up and went behind the counter. I started to order when I realized he was making a different sandwich. I asked him if he could please help me before he made his own and he said no and continued making his sandwich. I asked to speak to a manager, he said there wasn't one there. I asked for a phone number I could call to speak to someone, he said no. I asked his name (he had a name tag, but the name was mostly gone), he said it was Carlos. I told him he d be calling to speak to his manager and he said "wait, how can I help you?" I told him I no longer needed anything and went to Albertsons and bought stuff to make sandwiches. That is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received.

I have never had a bad experience here and the sandwiches are always awesome. I use the app primarily and it's always the same. I'm an EMT in the weekends and this is my small saving vice.

In my best Forrest Gump voice......I may not be a smart man Jenny, but I know what a tomato is. Apparently this location can't get an order right.I ordered the sandwich with no tomatoes. My order was at 2:30 pm and there was nobody else in the store when I got there to pick it up. So being busy is not an excuse. I had not gone to Subway in years because they can't seem to get an order right or they are skimpy with ingredients. My mistake for trying them again. I guess it is better to order from Jersey Mike's when using a chain type sandwich shop.

Closed at 7:51pm when they're supposed to close at 9pm and the lights are still on. Poor management unless they leave a note informing the customers on the door. Fix google maps times if your not going to apply them correctly :)

Had not been to a Subway in over 5 years, but for some reason I was drawn to checkout this dying breed of franchises before they go extinct. There's not much to say about the Subway, but I was overall surprised by the quality I received from this location. Everything was as fresh as it can get, heavy toppings and Carlos the sandwich artist nailed it on the construction. 3.3 - Solid location, don't be scared.

Every time I go here it's the same guy working there and he always makes weird comments to me. I'm a young woman and he's a man probably in his 40s. He's made weird flirtatious comments that made me uncomfortable. Won't be going there anymore.

It's the LAW to wear a mask. For those of us taking it seriously it's very disheartening to see WORKERS at an establishment not doing so. Corporate should be ashamed of this, it's not a chin strap!

I've been here multiple times and they're so ridiculous when it comes to the toppings. I order a veggie sandwich and every single time I do, I get 3 slices of cucumber and 4 pieces of spinach. I'm not even exaggerating...the girl will literally place 4 leaves of spinach in a line on a foot long sandwich. Last time I was in I asked her if she could please put extra spinach on the sandwich and she gave me two extra leaves. The man behind me waiting to order burst out laughing because it really was comical. This is the only Subway restaurant I have been to that does this. So odd.
