I didn't even eat here. The menu board kept changing so quickly that I found it annoying. I went next door to the hamburger joint and enjoyed a cheeseburger and ? fries.

Well a friend of mine and I had the munchies. He wanted to order Pizza from a restaurant. What turned me off from ordering was the mention of Pineapple on the pizza ?. So we bickered back and forth until we agreed on Tacos. I grabbed the keys and we headed to the Taco Bell ??..near the DMV. I always would drive to the Newbury Park location on Wendy Road.. When we arrived, the parking lot wasn't filled up. This eatery is in the location of one of the busiest shopping centers in the area.To start the DMV is located in the same space and there is a Gelsons Supermarket ?,McDonald's and a Hardware store. The drive thru was hopping with car's. THIS location isn't too familiar with me..the cashier took our orders and we spent close to 20-25.00.I included some pictures,just to give you an idea of our meal.. we dined in and out order did take some time. The choice of food for myself was meatless and vegan items. From burritos, tacos with beans (hard shell) and tacos with hash browns. I did have a fountain drink. My friend ordered most burritos and other items with meat.After our dinner, I needed to make a trip to the washroom. There are two bathrooms and they were very clean. No foul smells either. Over all this locations receives plenty of take out and Door dash orders. The restaurant was clean,no food on the tables, floor's and booth's. Most certainly recommend this location as well. Again the digital menus can be confusing at times. Especially when you are looking for a specific item.Vegetarian options: I do not eat meat and this is one of the specific reasons why I always return here to Taco Bell ???. They allow me to order hard shell Tacos and substitute the beans in replace of meat.Parking: Due to the location.. careful backing up. Many drivers will speed into the parking area with no regards towards the other vehicle owners.n

So while commuting from Ventura to Pasadena, my 80 year old father had to use the restroom. He forgot to lock the door, and I proceeded to get scolded over and over and over again by a short employee there with a terrible attitude I tried to politely explain to her his age and that we're sorry he hast to use the restroom. She would not stop yelling in my face and telling me I need to lock the restroom now. The customer service here is terrible. We decided not to order food after dealing with such a horrible employee that was in my face, and I felt very threatened by.

This location hires incompetent people. My order is messed up 90% of the time. How hard is it to put beef or chicken in the taco shell? these bozos can’t do that? Close it down.

Items are consistently missing from orders. Staff doesn't know menu items when asking for them needed to complete orders. Staff avoids front counter, relying heavily on kiosk use. Experience worsening each time we visit. Not sure of it's worth returning to this location ant more. Standards are already set pretty low for fast food.

Hello,I was just at this location about 10 minutes ago. This is not the first poor experience I have had so I believe management should be made aware. I ordered myself a drink, a quesadilla, and my kid an order of the nacho chips and cheese. After pulling out of the drive through line, I parked in a parking space to make sure our complete order was in the bag (since there has been multiple visits in the past where items have been missing). I discovered that my daughter’s cheese sauce was in the bag, but not her chips. Since there was only one car in the drive through line, I pulled back up to the window. The young man working the register asked for my receipt and then asks, “there’s no chips?”. I say, “no, just sauce,” holding my empty bag up with the sauce inside. Instead of just accepting that answer, he went out of his way to then look behind me and around the inside of my car as if I was some sort of chip thief. He then goes back in, asks whoever is in charge if he can get chips, and when asked why, says, “because someone drove off without their chips.” The truth is, I didn’t drive off, I parked, and your staff forgot to include my daughter’s chips. Next time there is an item missing and you have to ask for it from your manager, maybe tell the rest of your staff not to laugh loudly about us asking for our missing items that we had to return for. So unprofessional not only laugh, and lie about why I’m back, but to look around my car for a bag of chips… we will definitely not be returning.

Absolutely horrible chefs they don't even know how to fill a crunchwrap they put maybe and kid spoon of meat and tiny amounts of everything it looks like a pancake. If I was the manager I'd fire the immediately this was an hour ago check your times because i can't believe this. Isn't the first time its happened around this time on other days either.

Convenient location, clean environment and fast service....all in all a good option for a quick bite. Prices are a little higher than normal, but we are in the middle of a recession so that's to be expected.

I generally like this Taco Bell and the employees; I don't like the "purple" remodel on the building and surprised the City of Thousand Oaks allowed it, but that is not why I am here. This is the THIRD time, I have ordered EXTRA chicken and then only given three pieces. I ordered rice and got no beans. What's with you people? If you can't read the order, don't make it! Stop it! Three times in a row! Other Taco Bell's seem to have no problem. If you're unable to process an order, close down! Seriously, THREE TIMES in a row!
