Love paying 4 bucks for a cup of ice. Awesome work guys!If you are not allowed to do less ice, communicate that instead of saying" okay, light ice for you". I expected to have a drink to help hydrate me after my medication dehydrated me, and after I drove off I'm stuck with a cup of ice. How does that help me?

The Wendy's on Hillcrest in Newbury Park has fantastic customer service! The night manager didn't charge me for my order when I had trouble ordering from the app.
The food is great, but the service sucks. The lady who handed me my food was incredibly rude, and also didn’t give me a receipt. You guys can do way better than the people you hire.

The person taking my order could not understand English and was clearly reading off. A script because I ordered a 7 times with him. Asking over and over again whether I wanted the double single or Triple triple but eventually could not understand and gave me the single even though I ordered the triple and the chili order was

The service is getting worse with each visit to this restaurant. They need to hire more staff because they make you wait in line for 5 to 10 minutes just to order. I waited 10 minutes and then they didn't know how to operate the register so I had to go outside and get in the drive thru line and wait for another 20 minutes. The drive thru attendant did not want to hand out enough ketchup. Is this place giving up ?
