wow! deeeeee-lish! the man serving me was sooo kind and nice. i got bitz salted. oh my wow! have not stopped here since 1993, but they have grown up! pepperoni, jalapeños, and my fav, just butter? and salt. makes me wanna drive to the mall for a snack!
This mall mainstay is a great place to grab some buttery carbs to fuel your shopping adventure. Service is quick and friendly, and the pretzels are baked fresh. They also have a variety of flavors and dipping sauces. We like the pretzel bites- portions are generous, so we freeze any leftovers and reheat in the oven.

Oaks Mall location review. We have gotten the pretzel bites, lemonade and original pretzel. The original is buttery and salty, and tastes fresh each time, whether it is in the middle of the afternoon or for dinner. The bites are a little pricy but you get a lot, a bag is good to share! The staff has been quick and friendly each time. We just wish their were a few chairs to sit nearby! We will visit again and again!
