“I was pleasantly surprised a Ramen Ban Nai opened in Torrence.
This is a popular chain in Japan serving light broth ramen intended as a breakfast food.
The ramen is quite reasonable at $14.
Wonton ramen- was a special. I tried that. $17.50 for regular. The style of wonton was more like the one with small amount of meat and large wrapper. It tasted good.
The Ban Nai ramen I was was as I remembered it in Japan. Although it was slightly saltier than I recall. I will order the soup slightly less salty. The ramen itself was exactly as I remembered it. It was perfectly chewy, full to the bite and thick.
That was so good!”
“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. To top it off, it’s family run and they are all the sweetest and most warm people I’ve encountered at any local restaurant. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to stop by.”

“One of the best ramens in LA! I love their shoyu and jyosui ramen. It’s light and refreshing, yet full of depth, and I just can’t stop eating. The noodles are medium-thick, pleasantly chewy, and absolutely delicious. Karaage and gyoza are also really good. The price is also really affordable! I highly recommend this place!”

“Utsav was the perfect place to relax and have a savory bite before visiting the nearby South Shore Botanical Gardens. All my favorite dishes and a few new ones were all delicious. Samay tended to us and the other guests promptly. The sweet rice “kheer” rounded off our well priced lunch buffet.”

“Very authentic looking Izakaya right in the middle of Torrance. Loved that the beer comes with frosted cold glasses and the atmosphere is super chill. Plates were a little pricey for the size, but everything was fresh and delicious. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“Just stopped by to try them out for first time. Glad I did! Had the zereshk polo with chicken… top notch! Their rice and zereshk were great, but the chicken was super juicy and tender and they even have a tomato salsa that helps replace the need for my love of extra grilled tomatoes. Great service from Angie and the other great lady working too. Won’t be the last time I go there!!”
“First time.coming down to this one. Usually hit up the one in Little Japantown.
The soup here tastes just as good!
Only gripe... Not nearly as many of the tempura options or musibis like Sawtelle. But they do have the main dishes here and it was fast on a Friday night to order.
This place is bus your own dishes after.”
“Tried this place for the first time and ordered a pepperoni calzone. Let me just say the crust was on point, nice and crispy and we'll seasoned. They put plenty of pepperoni and it was very filling. Big portion can easy be shred between 2 people. Will definitely try it again insha Allah”

“Walked in with an empty stomach, and after a talk with Jacob, I walked out with a full smile, and (hopefully) a full stomach. He's full of energy in an industry where it can be difficult to maintain one's attitude. I tip my hat off to him and hope he and others like him get the recognition they deserve!”
“Atmosphere was really nice, and the staff was quick and polite. My only qualm is really the coffee. It was good dont get me wrong, but it wasnt waiting in line till outside the door good. I think this is a good causal place to chat with friends, but not the type to specifically go there for the coffee.
For reference I got the Spanish latte.
All in all I reccomend going on a weekday where the lines are shorter and there's less people and itll be a very enjoyable experience. I do wish they would expand the drink menu and perhaps add some seasonal drinks.”
“We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. I assure you will not be disappointed. !!!!!!”
“Outstanding food and great staff! I wish I lived in Torrance 😂😂😂⚡️❤️”
“I appreciate the fact that a reservation is available immediately upon arrival. No waiting. On disadvantage is the close placement of tables, which makes it difficult to hear over some others' conversations.”
“I tried Hiroshima Okonomiyaki when I first visited Japan over a decade ago, and I fell in love! When I came back, I thought I was only going to be able to have this dish in Japan, but I was stoked to find out there is one located in Torrance. Whenever I visit my mom, she always asks for me to bring her a dish. I usually get the Chinchikurin with traditional noodles and add mochi on top and it never disappoints.
The staff is super friendly and I always enjoy sitting infront of the grill and watch them work.”

“Great experience. Gives that local vibe that I love. Great selection of beers and food with multiple TVs for your viewing pleasure. Our server was great as well. I believe her name is Ashley. She had a friendly personality and I can see myself coming in asking for her next time.”
“Everything about Red Rock is a 5 stars personally. The portion for the Steak Don is perfect for me. It was flavorful and delightful, I would definitely come again. The atmosphere was quiet, everyone here was just here to eat. The miso soup is a little bit bland for me, but it might just be because I prefer red miso more than white miso.”
“My first time trying this location, it was recommended to me and it’s good enough to post a review about it. The cashier is super friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process of ordering a sushi burrito. Taste was 10/10, quality was just as good and they’re handmade after you order so you do have to wait like 15min but so worth it. I got the ahi tuna and shrimp tempura with masago, green onion, and imitation crab. Second one was for my fiancé and he couldn’t get enough. Definitely stopping by next time I’m in the area.”
“We had a great meal at Ubon for lunch. The food was very fresh and flavorful and they had some unique options on the menu. The server was a very nice gentleman who made good suggestions. The dining room is pretty compact and I imagine they get pretty busy as the food is excellent. The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls is very distinct and better than others I have tried while the crying tiger beef is extremely tender and comes with another excellent sauce. The Tom Yum broth was perfection and the sizzling seafood was very tender and tasty and not super spicy but a bit of a kick. Overall this is a great place to grab a meal while shopping or anytime. The location is the far corner of the shopping center back near the in and out burger and mini IHOP. This is some great tasting Thai food with big flavors.. the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center which is all free of course. Overall this place was great and we will be back to try more of the menu at Ubon Thai Kitchen.”
“Memorable hidden gem which gives a hip, hole-in-the-wall vibe but serves the freshest sushi, sashimi and rolls on par with the finest sushi spots in LA. Friendly service and fun atmosphere. Don’t miss the creative rolls and specials!!!”

“Always a great experience at this restaurant and we just love our regular waitress in fact if she’s not there we wait to sit in her section Elizabeth is our favorite server, we’re not saying that we don’t like the others but she is our favorite and is very nice and knows what makes us comfortable extra napkins & coffee creamer etc. just the little things that make us feel comfortable she really is the best in our eyes”
“I went there early in the morning for a breakfast sandwich and I got the croissant breakfast sandwich and it was hot and fresh and delicious and the service was great and the girl wished me a happy day and everything was perfect. That's a lot to say about a fast food restaurant and I rarely go to Jack in The box but I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit”
“PEARL AND ALEXIS WERE SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND I liked their uniforms..snazzy!!
Almost thought I would get a filet miñon they both looked so snazzy.
Great service!
My Double Cheeseburger w/o cheese, with an extra patty was perfectly made and the temperature was hot.
Fabulous visit.
I am posting here because I needed to give kudos yet the receipt was faded due to low ink, I guess, and could not take the survey.

“Drivethrkugh was *packed* on a saturday morning, but inside was nice and empty. Took 20 minutes to get ~3 saus egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown 😕
Dont mind it too much however, was clean and quiet while i waited for my meal, and was good quality as expected from mcd's.”
“Several weeks ago, I was at the drive thru and Kathleen was at the window. She was very friendly and helpful. Excellent representative of McDonalds. I have been going to this McD's for decades and overall, this McD's is kept very clean, food is consistently up to McD's standards, and the employees do an excellent job. Kudos to the management team over the decades.”
“They offer a wide variety of dishes, ranging from traditional Chinese cuisine to creative Western cuisine, and there are many surprising combinations. In addition, the restaurant pays attention to the selection of raw materials and the innovation of cooking techniques to ensure that each dish can bring you the most extreme taste experience”
Takeout Restaurants
“Really liked this place. It offers quick prep moderately priced sushi that tastes good for moderately priced sushi. The only weakness was the shrimp nigari which was skimpy on the shrimp. My meal included miso soup, salad and roll, wrap & funnel sushi. I had 2 bites of the roll and drank some soup before I took the picture. I was hungry!”
“Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!”
“Favorite place to eat quickly. It is affordable and reasonable price w loading amount food. The food here has big serving size w amazing taste. The service was rlly good(we got a free drink lol). The restaurant overall is soo cute, styled w cute cat miniatures. I’ll definitely recommend trying out here!!”
“BEST PIZZA IN THE SOUTH BAY! My boyfriend introduced me to this little gem a few years ago and I can honestly say any other pizza I try since doesn't come close to the amazing taste that Jack's pizza makes. We're lucky enough to live 3 minutes away from this place, so we usually pick up and bring the pie home, but it's always piping hot and perfection every time. I honestly don't go anywhere else for pizza since my first bite of Jack's pizza, and I can pretty much guarantee you won't either. This place has been around for a long long time, I think somewhere around the 80's and I hope they stay around making magic in the kitchen for many years to come. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Jack's! Stay awesome and don't change!”

“it was yakitori and izakaya place. it was sooo nice and good. it's pricey though, but that's what fine dining is right..!? so i think it is pretty good, to come with famz or colleagues 😃👍🥰”
“Great wings, great beer (Night Train is their December beer - can't miss that!), and awesome staff. Owners are super friendly. Was thrilled to come here for lunch with colleagues while in town.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Why you see is what you get. Straight forward no frills NY deli vibe in SoCal.
Service was lovely. She was very through in taking my order.
Sandwich’s were very straightforward.
Ruben with pastrami was delicious- I personally prefer the filling to the edge of the bread.
Italian Sub- very classic flavors and oh so messy.
NG Sub- overall classic sandwiches vibes, could use some seasoning- no need for cucumbers without a bit of salt.
Monster Special was probably my favorite and the most flavorful.
Potato salad- I don’t think the person who came up with this recipe loves potato salad. It could use some love.
Sodas and chips available in the lobby.”
“Stopped by Jang Su Jang in Torrance and the place was bustling, with only a few tables open for dine-in.
Ambiance (4/5): Lots of natural light mixed with warm-toned lighting creates a cozy and homey feel. The restaurant has plenty of space, with tables for both small groups and larger parties of up to 8. It was lively and loud inside, but in a good way—exactly the kind of noise level you’d expect at a thriving Korean spot. Beautifully decorated and welcoming.
Food (4/5): I ordered the Jangsu Bossam, which came with rice and two portion sizes of banchan. Everything was well-seasoned, with the cucumbers being the standout—crisp, fresh, and addictive. The bossam itself was flavorful and generously portioned (marketed for 2 but easily feeds 3). We also tried the bibimbap, which was satisfying and nicely done. Overall, both dishes were good, though not quite unforgettable.
Service (4/5): Since we ordered to go, I didn’t get the full dine-in experience, but ordering was quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ll update if I get the chance to try table service next time.
Overall: Solid Korean food in a cozy, busy setting. Worth returning to, though maybe not a place I’d find myself craving often.”
“Great service all the workers are nice and everything came out fast. Totally recommend the frozen lemonade so good if you love sour you need to try the blue one but the strawberry one is also pretty good just be careful with brain freezes the queso is nice but my favorite is the western bacon”

“Sei-Ko-En is a Japanese yakiniku restaurant in Torrance, Los Angeles. The restaurant is simply decorated with promotional menus and posters. Ventilation is not the strongest, so expect to be smelly after the meal. Servers are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Food is reasonably priced and of good quality. The crunchy Bean Sprouts (USD 8) and Minced Raw Beef (USD 12.50) are both refreshing. Highly recommend the silky-smooth Raw Beef Liver (USD 12.50), which will rock your palate! Don’t forget to order the Mega Mug Sapporo Premium Beer (USD 12) to go with the juicy Kobe Style American Wagyu Prime Rib (USD 22) and flavorful Kobe Style American Wagyu Tongue (USD 22)!”
“My family and I went there for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was full, and we were seated in a private room where you had to take off your shoes to enter. The service was excellent, and the menu featured unique items at reasonable prices. We will definitely return for more.”
“What a neat experience in the south bay. We came across this restaurant thanks to Infatuation's 2025 list of best new restaurants to try.
We made a very last minute call to the restaurant to see if any spots opened up, and we were very fortunate to nab two seats. Parking is a little tight in this small strip mall area but not too bad in the evening.
Coming in, you're immediately greeted to a really neat setup - bar seating that surrounds an open kitchen with grills per every tea seats. Loved the modern decor with classic wooden Japanese items throughout the kitchen and fun, friendly chalkboards.
We were seated and given a tour of the menu. There are two pretty competitive omakase style beef walkthroughs. We opted to go with the $50 option as we didn't want to go with the wagyu sushi (that and a couple items were the main difference between this and the $70 option). We also had the ability to order more specific cuts of meat or go straight to the a la carte option as well.
The drink menu for non-alcohol items are a bit limited but for sake lovers, there are some great competitive options like a $30 5-sake cup flights.
Going into the $50 omakase, the options for the most part are super solid. We really enjoyed the multiple sauces that came out with the meat. The beef tongue trio was also fantastic all-around. Meats were cut right in front of you as well as marinated/seasoned. The butcher's cut curry also is oddly fantastic. It's a clever way to close out the meal using parts of the ends of meat. The grill in front of you also uses side vents so makes it a much more enjoyable experience.
I think the only bits of feedback we had (and something it seems like they are actively trying to address) is getting more helping hands. There was a bit of a chaotic energy as the tables were full and not enough hands on deck with things like front of house having to be done by the chef.
I think the servers were still superstars amidst everything going on and super kind in keeping us updated as to the situation.
They also do run out of some items of food so would advise to try to get an earlier time than later. Getting there after 8PM also means that you usually aren't able to go the omakase route as a heads-up.
Can't wait to come back and see how they continue to improve and refine a great idea.”
“Family friendly, fast service and amazing food. We ordered the beef chow fun, lotus root and spicy fish.
Everything was authentic choosing reminded me of Hong Kong, fish was on par with china and the lotus root was reminiscent to my childhood.”
“If you haven't been here you areissong out. I consider this place to be a local gem. Get there right at 5 if you don't have a reservation. This yakitori is fantastic. It is cooked perfectly every time. There are lots of options for both those who are adventurous and those who like to stay a little closer to home. This place will not disappoint.”

“I have driven by this place so many times but never actually stopped in. My wife was looking for a funky beer and we checked their availabile draft list online and saw a bunch of beers that fit the description. We were greeted by a friendly staff, ample seating inside and out, and a bbq food truck offering food options.
We got a few tastings of fruited beers including a fizzy white peach, apricot farmhouse style ale, and a plum saison style. They were all tart and delicious! We got a couple of pints to enjoy at the tasting room. I was also really impressed by their togo beer prices. Four packs were about $14-18 depending on style. This is pretty low for 4-packs in my experience. We'll def be checking it out again.”
“Today was our first visit to Mendocino Farms in Torrance, where we were warmly greeted by the staff as we walked in. We met with senior manager, Miguel, who assisted us with placing our Thanksgiving order. Miguel definitely represents his brand by being friendly and wanting your experience to be the best (and it was!). After tasting today’s food, it just confirmed we made the right choice for our holiday food. The atmosphere was extremely inviting and clean. This will definitely be one of my weekly stops!”
“A friend brought me their Matcha almond croissant, the Black forest Cake even though it really wasn't a black forest it was totally delicious as well as the matcha almond croissant. The croissant can rival any French bakery. It was buttery, soft and absolutely delicious. Thank you ,JJ Bakery”
“Lived around the neighborhood for a while, didn't realize how close this place was from my house. It's so good and delicious. One of my favorites is the mango.Smoothie, when i'm telling you that it's super refreshing I love how it's very slushy, like not watery, but perfect.
The people there are very friendly and nice.Good customer service”
“Friendly staff. Went out of way to assist people. I also saw the team leader or manager working with his team and he was respectful and motivational with them. A big Beal for me.
Vegetarian options: Yes a stuffed mushroom burger and a veggie burger
Dietary restrictions: Let th know up front. Very willing to accommodate. I’m a vegetarian so I get it.

“Johnny and Jorge made us feel like family. Great beers. Nice vibe to complement the vibe at the HB location. Now I have another amazing l place to go when in town. Love from Littleton Colorado!”

“Came for lunch with kids, they loved the food. Reminded us of our Japan experience. The fried chicken was killer. We loved the pudding for dessert. We will come back!”
“Great place off the beaten path - excellent service, food is great, ambiance is quiet and enjoyable. Highly recommend this great place for dinner, lunch or weekend brunch. Pet friendly, outdoor seating.”
“We've wanted to eat here for awhile. Yesterday the stars aligned and we were in the area. The wait was worth it
The tempura was delicious and the dipping sauce made it even better.”
“Absolute gem. It can be a little hard to spot in the plaza (it's in the same plaza as candy massage and the smoke shop). The food is lovely and the staff are quite nice. I ordered the black pork steak with stamina sauce and it was wonderfully made. I would highly recommend going. The prices are very reasonable for what's included.”
“Outback is my number one place for great steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly.”
“This is by far the best all you can eat AYCE Kbbq restaurant in Torrance. The staff were incredibly attentive and A++ for the cleanliness of the restaurant. 😊 I really like that most of the common cookable meats are out on the salad bar as well as vegetables, appetizers, all the sauces, fruits 🤤 all readily available to everyone - so you can easily get more. 😉 I highly recommend trying the beef belly, beef rib finger and marinated short ribs each cut was tender and flavorful. The cheesecorn, shrimp tempura, tofu soup and baked mussels were delicious side options and cooked to perfection. 😊💯”
“This review is for a take out order! First time trying this location, the pasta was good with a lot of meat however it was a bit on the dry side and more sauce would have been nice! The doughnuts were a great finish!”
“I organized a dinner with my daughter.
We wanted to try something new and ended up at WA Dining Suya.
The restaurant delivered a great meal and great service. My daughter and I will definitely come back.
The Kakuni was my favorite — very homey. Honestly, that appetizer with rice could’ve been my whole meal.”
“Love to eat here . People are friendly. Hit the spot ! Thank you”
“My experience was very good and the food was delicious. I would defiently eat there again.”
“Still great after all these years A nice variety of meat selections and super tasty.”

“Love the place, love the people, love the beer. Great place to get away on a hot day for a few hours with the family and watch LA Galaxy games!
Fixed review to 5! Fat fingered the star selection! My apologies”
“Great new place in Torrance.
The food was great, the boba was great, the service was also great.
Highly recommend it if you are looking for a good soup.”
“My first review! My visit here last night was nothing short of a revelation in the art of sushi dining. Celebrating its 17th year, this gem of a restaurant has not just stood the test of time; it has set the bar for what authentic Japanese cuisine can embody. Though it is not your modern izakaya nor fine-dining luxury, it firmly facets itself as the "OG" restaurant in the diverse Japanese dining scene. Immediately upon entering, I observed details of its classic entity by old decos of art, calligraphy, signs, photos, and handwritten notes. It was an ambiance that exuded warmth. I immediately felt the history and dedication woven into the fabric of this place. The owners have crafted not merely a restaurant but a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer nuances of Japanese culture and cuisine. I opted for the sushi combo course. Each piece of sushi was a testament to the chef's mastery over his craft, with every ingredient shining through in a delicate balance of flavors and textures with a properly curated course. All the nigiri boasted freshness in a blend of tastes that was above satisfactory by the plate. But what truly sets Sushi Anza apart is the heart and soul poured into every aspect of the dining experience. From the attentive, yet unobtrusive service to the meticulous presentation of the dishes, you can feel the love and dedication that the owners have for their craft. It's this personal touch combined with an "aged" ambience that transforms a meal into an experience. In a world where the genuine essence of Japanese cuisine can sometimes be lost amidst fusion and innovation, Sushi Anza stands as a beacon of tradition and quality. Overall, my first visit here was a nostalgic journey through the very essence of Japanese tradition, guided by the hands of those who know and respect it the most. I cannot recommend Sushi Anza enough and look forward to many more visits. I hope to regain the same authentic warmth, excellence, and quality that hallmarks the culinary gems of Torrance.”
“Overall, the dining experience was highly satisfactory. While the pricing continues to increase, a trend which reflects current industry dynamics, we hope the management will prioritize maintaining the quality of the cuisine and the established high standard of service in the long term.”
“My family and I went there for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was full, and we were seated in a private room where you had to take off your shoes to enter. The service was excellent, and the menu featured unique items at reasonable prices. We will definitely return for more.”
“Tremendous, upbeat staff. Very welcoming. Great variety of food and drink. Great vibe”
“Yamaya Japanese Wagyu & Grill is a Japanese yakiniku specialist in the Torrance area. Ventilation is not bad, but expect to get smelly. The dimly lit dining room is clean and tidy. Servers are friendly, professional and accommodating. Corkage is US$ 25/btl. Food is fresh and of great quality. While side dishes such as Moyashi Namui (US$4.8) and Green Salad ($5.8) are refreshing, the different cuts of wagyu are simply delicious! Highly recommend the crunchy Chef’s Cut Tongue (US$42.8), the juicy Premium Short Ribs (US$ 34.8) and Outside Skirt (US$ 29.8).”
“the chicken katsu was thicc!! btw the manager is hella sexy XD”
“I dropped by in the morning and pretty sure they were closed, but Santos was nice enough to hook me up with some beers anyway. Cannot wait to try out these unique drafts.”
“First time here had the lasagna and it was delicious and so was the bread that comes with it”
“Ise-Shima is a hidden gem in Torrance!
It’s an authentic Japanese restaurant that offers amazing quality food. I had their seasonal lunch, which was beautifully presented and delicious. Located on the first floor of the Miyako Inn Hybrid Hotel, it has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere with attentive service. There’s plenty of free parking, and it’s definitely a must-visit spot whenever I’m in Torrance.”
“It feels like it’s gotten more expensive over time, but I’ve been coming here for 20 years. It’s one of my all-time favorite restaurants, and I’d be genuinely sad if it ever closed. The staff are always very friendly. While it may not feel particularly modern or spotless, it offers a comforting, homey atmosphere. The food is also consistently delicious.”
“Great food - Great service! I came here 2 times in a week, each time greeted like a long time patron! The people are friendly, kind and attentive! The food was great each time with fresh ingredients and the salsa is awesome. Also, honest people, who kept my son’s jacket for several days after he forgot it at our last visit.”
“The server was so Great. He is so respectful, attentive and helpful. He gives suggestions of what I will order being my first time in Wadatsumi. Thank you very much for the Awesome service.😊 I'll definitely come back with my friends.💯”
“Really great food + specials and we had such a fabulous waitress we shall be back!”
“Had a small birthday party for my 16 year old twin grandsons. Staff reserved an area for us to eat and have cake. Adrian was wonderful! The pizza was delivered to our tables hot! It was delicious! Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Thank you, Round Table!”
“Antonio is the best chef in the Southbay, he pours a great glass of vino! Jess, provides great service.”
“The food is very tasty and much better than in many other Korean restaurants in this area. My daughter and I loved the food. We will be coming back again. Highly recommend”
“We were seated next to a birthday party gathering. it was a bit noisy which is understandable, but we (3-some) just wanted to have a nice dinner and guiet atmosphere.”
“The owner greated us at the door, very friendly, welcoming, pleasant atmosphere .. great service will definitely come back and recommend. The food was outstanding ..”
“Fantastic!! One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. I could tell it was authentic Oaxacan style because I speak Spanish and still had to look up some of the words on the menu. Everything was so flavorful. Generous portions. Helpful, friendly service. Would repeat.”
“Good taste noodle, great customer service! interesting old Torrance neighborhood.”
“Excellent experience last night! We ordered the Avocado Eggrolls and shared a Hawaiian pizza…delicious! Madison is fantastic server…she was lovely and very knowledgeable on the menu. A+”
“This place is amazing! The taste is authentic and all the food tasted fresh. The Chef's working on plates feels magical. Probably my new favorite spot for sushi 🍣. 4 of ate and got to taste so many types, it was wonderful.”
“Had such a great experience here! We came in with a group of six and were immediately welcomed with amazing service from Crystal and Carlos. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the whole night.
I had the Linguine Pescatore and it was absolutely delicious - so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everyone in our group loved their meals and kept commenting on how good everything was.
Between the delicious food and the outstanding customer service, this spot is definitely a winner. Highly recommend and I’ll for sure be coming back!”
“Love Beaux, I can stop by for a quick drink and some appetizers to full dinner 🥘 I just love that this place reminds me of Tokyo back in my young days in Tokyo lol 😂 great cocktails and awesome Japanese whiskies🥃 Waitresses are super friendly and attentive, and this place is great for Nijikai nightcap as well ✨”
“It was Labor Day weekend and my friend had just been released from Providence Hospital. We wanted to quietly celebrate with a meal somewhere nearby without all the holiday beach crowd. We chose this restaurant as it was right across the street. It was a stunning surprise, the dining room was nicely decorated and large windows overlooking the pool. A great atmosphere for summer brunch. The waitress was excellent and the food was incredible, the chicken skewers and hummus were unique spiced, the chicken was crispy and had a sweet spicy flavor and the hummus had turmeric. The dipping sauces for the chicken were amazing, Parmesan cheese and a cucumber dip. The house wine was great and we were given happy hour prices on a Saturday. Did I mention the margarita? The mixer was perfect and it was spiced upon request,,with tiny chopped fresh jalapeño. I highly recommend Andre’s! The place is undergoing a name change and I wish I could remember what that new name is. This gem is in the Double Tree hotel. A great little find!”
“Nice to see a hot pot place in the area. Soup base could use more flavor; it tastes like they made it with the premade powder mix. Usually for the bone broth it's more fragrant and there should be more Chinese herbal medicine in it. There were a few items we marked down they forgot to bring out. Overall the food was good and fresh. Not crowded so that was nice. All day dinner price for weekends. For the two people high chair seatings, it felt cramped. Parking was kinda tight and can be hard to find.”
“We went for lunch, happened to be in the area. Had the sardines soy sauce noodles my mom had the salmon rice bowl. Everything was fantastic even for lunch. Also had the miso soup with a cold beer. Loved the private seating. Server was really nice. Have to come here for dinner was expecting to spend a lot more money. Next time!”
“What a great spot. Get the premium option. The bulgogi and filet mignon were my favorites but everything was delicious. This place is no-frills but strong on flavor and quality. I liked the salad bar, too. The pickled daikon is really scrumptious, as are the house sauces. Order conservatively because it's all-you-can eat (up to 2 hours at the table) and they'll charge you an additional plate if you don't finish what you order, which I think is very valid and fair. You can always add more and that's half the fun of it. I'll be back!”
“Everything here is fresh and delicious – that’s the best way to sum up this lovely place. Soft background music, an incredible selection of dishes, and all of it unlimited: fish, beef, baked mussels, rolls, pastries, a fantastic egg soup, and so much more. Absolutely five stars, especially at just $20 for an all-you-can-eat experience.”
“Haven't been back to PFchangs in a while but the quality of the food hasn't change, always been good, but there has been changes on how the serving sizes. And also their dessert menu always have been small but I feel like it got smaller. Other than that, enjoyed our experience and the 8.99 cocktails are sooo worth.”
“This was my second time coming here and I brought family and friends. We enjoyed our food and everything was delicious. The wait staff is very knowledgeable of the menu and they did an excellent job. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place.”
“Katrina did a great job taking care of us tonight. Great service and everything was awesome.”
“Small bars usually offer a casual yet friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
• Staff Attitude: Most small bar staff are warm and welcoming. Unlike fine dining restaurants, they tend to be more engaging, often chatting with guests, recommending drinks, and even remembering regular customers’ preferences.
• Serving Speed: Since the main focus of a bar is alcoholic beverages, the food may take longer to be served compared to a regular restaurant. However, most bars offer quick-prep bar snacks to complement the drinks.
• Personalized Service: Some small bars provide customized cocktails based on customers’ tastes or offer hidden menu options to enhance the experience.”
“This place is delicious! We had the omu-rice with beef/potato croquette and chicken nanban don.The omu-rice was amazing and decadent. The ultimate comfort food. I loved the rich but not too heavy demi glace sauce paired with the tomato ketchup rice that gave it a hint of acidity and brightness. The chicken nanban don was phenomenal. The chicken was fried to perfection and one of the juiciest chickens I've ever had.”

“Great service all the workers are nice and everything came out fast. Totally recommend the frozen lemonade so good if you love sour you need to try the blue one but the strawberry one is also pretty good just be careful with brain freezes the queso is nice but my favorite is the western bacon”
“First time visiting MB Grille and enjoyed sitting in the covered, enclosed "patio" section with my girlfriends for lunch. It was fairly quiet for a Saturday afternoon until a family with small children were seated near us and one of the toddlers had a noisy temper tantrum. Unfortunately, there was an car accident in the parking lot where a car hit the main water valve to the restaurant. The manager stopped by our table to let us know we could still order but the rest rooms were not available. The restaurant closed their doors to new guests but we decided to stay and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The Fresh Miso Salmon was excellent and my girlfriends enjoyed their entrees. I will visit again.”

“The salad was super delicious! The Barrenjoey was creatively made, it was bursting with flavor! The portion is healthy and well worth the price for ao much volume.
I'd recommend getting the dressing on the side, cuz it was a tad salty. Other than that it was a fantastic meal!”
“When looking for a proper boba and smoothie place, its a hit or miss on most as they have too many options to qualify as quality product and or they basic and like any other place. 😁BERRY AND BOBA is a unicorn of a shop.
The Tropical smoothie with almond milk, was fantastic and refreshing. The Big 4 juice was delightful as well. The Sfiha was a new experience and had me chomping on something yum.
Brazilian freshness and wonderful customer service. Definitely a hidden gem”
“Amazing food! We went for my son's birthday lunch and everyone ordered something different it was amazing! Everything tasted wonderful! Service was great and very welcoming staff and the cooks were helpful with questions as well. There breakfast seems almost like a hidden secret menu because I wasn't aware that it existed but it sounds delicious and I can't wait to try it so definitely ask about that you can get coffee there too!! 😁”
“The second meal I've eaten in my life that I looked at the price and went damn, but the food was still more then then the price, didn't know the flavors I just ate existed, macaroni salad is a little heartier then I'd prefer but nothing less then a 100/10, those flavors hit.”
“I went around 7:45pm today a girl was a cashier she stopped what she was doing to help me to be honest i have never seen this before and she was excellent im very impressed she went over my order and helped me with my points very polite..after i was waiting for a few minutes she continued on what she was doing and when my order came out she got it done quickly im very impressed im definitely coming back.”
“I've only picked up their food as takeout twice, so I can't really speak to the atmosphere other than saying it feels welcoming: the restaurant is located in Vista Montana proper, and doesn't have a parking area immediately in front or behind -- but this place is worth it. Found a few doors down from Mongol King, there is a small set of steps and a wheelchair ramp up from the sidewalk that get you right in the door.
I've been tasting my way through their appetizers, and haven't found a miss yet -- today, it was their fried tofu and the entire order was delightfully crisp and still pleasantly chewy inside. I also got their tom yum soup for the second time; theirs is rapidly becoming my favorite version jn the area since Thai Thani closed. Word of warning, this kitchen very much understands Thai hot seasoning -- I picked medium last time since I like spice, and it cleared my sinuses for me. Today I went mild, and got pleasant heat along with a very flavorful soup.
Their Thai iced tea -- both original and green -- is SWEET without being actively cloying. I also love their fried bananas, which are gently mashed banana wrapped in a wonton wrapper and fried, upping the banana's sweetness and giving a really nice crunch to the dessert. I wish it was offered without the ice cream too, but that means whomever I'm eating with gets a generous helping of coconut ice cream.
Point is, I'm a fan after only 2 visits. This place is definitely worth giving a try, and going back for more.”

“Boba bunny has to be one of the top cafe shops I’ve been to! The owner is also one of the sweetest owners you’ll ever meet! The drinks were also amazing. I tried the banana matcha along with a mango matcha and both were so amazing! The mango matcha has delicious sticky rice at the bottom (that is cooked fresh daily) and the banana matcha has vanilla cookies at the top with banana at the bottom! 10/10 would recommend those drinks :) if you’re looking for a place where the drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is great then boba bunny is definitely the place you need to try!”
“Went for Easter lunch and it was fabulous.”
