“This place is definitely under New management. I can tell the difference on my.previous visits. The new staff and service was excellent!
I’m very pleased with the cookies were so soft and fresh and looked incredible, the staff was really hospitable too. Thank you so much. I’m happy to see the changes.”
“The BBQ combo was great! I recommend all menu. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Korean barbecue or is looking to try something new and delicious.”

“I was pleasantly surprised a Ramen Ban Nai opened in Torrence.
This is a popular chain in Japan serving light broth ramen intended as a breakfast food.
The ramen is quite reasonable at $14.
Wonton ramen- was a special. I tried that. $17.50 for regular. The style of wonton was more like the one with small amount of meat and large wrapper. It tasted good.
The Ban Nai ramen I was was as I remembered it in Japan. Although it was slightly saltier than I recall. I will order the soup slightly less salty. The ramen itself was exactly as I remembered it. It was perfectly chewy, full to the bite and thick.
That was so good!”

“Great first experience here. The Spicy Miso Ramen was delicious and would definitely reccomend. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s a small local shop, so expect a potential wait at busy times, but the ample parking makes it easy to visit. Looking forward to coming back for the Josui Ramen.”

“Utsav was the perfect place to relax and have a savory bite before visiting the nearby South Shore Botanical Gardens. All my favorite dishes and a few new ones were all delicious. Samay tended to us and the other guests promptly. The sweet rice “kheer” rounded off our well priced lunch buffet.”
“This casual restaurant tucked away upstairs in Nordstrom has a great menu, with French onion soup, a delicious club sandwich, and artichoke dip. Every dish is fresh and delicious! Seasonal menu keeps a rotation of tasty options, including food and drink. We love shopping, dropping in for dinner, and then walking the mall. Great food break that's not as crazy busy as Din Tae Fung, but you'll still want a reservation.”
“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. To top it off, it’s family run and they are all the sweetest and most warm people I’ve encountered at any local restaurant. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to stop by.”
Outdoor Dining
“Just stopped by to try them out for first time. Glad I did! Had the zereshk polo with chicken… top notch! Their rice and zereshk were great, but the chicken was super juicy and tender and they even have a tomato salsa that helps replace the need for my love of extra grilled tomatoes. Great service from Angie and the other great lady working too. Won’t be the last time I go there!!”
“First time.coming down to this one. Usually hit up the one in Little Japantown.
The soup here tastes just as good!
Only gripe... Not nearly as many of the tempura options or musibis like Sawtelle. But they do have the main dishes here and it was fast on a Friday night to order.
This place is bus your own dishes after.”
“Tried this place for the first time and ordered a pepperoni calzone. Let me just say the crust was on point, nice and crispy and we'll seasoned. They put plenty of pepperoni and it was very filling. Big portion can easy be shred between 2 people. Will definitely try it again insha Allah”
“Best seafood offered at reasonable prices. I wanted healthy fresh seafood and Bluesalt checked all the boxes.
After a particularly long work day ( commute to the Westside sitting on the 405), and picking up my RX at nearby Costco, I was famished and remembered this casual seafood restaurant was opened late ( closes at 9) and can dine there past closing time( within reason). Most cafes and eateries in Torrance & Redondo kick you out and shutter promptly. The male owner/manager was very nice and professional( offered me water) .Shout out to Day? young female employee who gave me extra lemon slices.
I ordered two platters with the rice pilaf and roasted garlic potatoes which were so tasty. Their ono and rockfish with peri peri was phenomenal and had 2/3's of both combos to go ( as had another busy commute next day in the valley and wanted convenience packed to go containers). They both held their texture and still fresh and tasty the next day for lunch.
Above all, their menu is quite extensive and array of fresh seafood to select from is impressive. That's the hardest part, what to choose! Since I arrived very late, their salsa bar was not available.
I've been here on past occasions with friends and always found a convivial friendly atmosphere. Next time, I/we won't be in a hurry and dine in and have wine or beer.
Look forward to next visit!”
“Im excited to write this review of all the rest because this place is what a coffee shop should be! Fast, courteous and very fresh. My vanilla latte was HOT just as i like it. The almond Danish was fresh. Smiles at the first encounter was best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you!”

“We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. I assure you will not be disappointed. !!!!!!”

“Service is always lovely and the food is delicious. I've been at least 5 times, solo, as a couple, with a group and it's always be the same quality food and service.”

“This small restaurant is located in a strip mall on Carson St. in old Torrance.. it was very busy and popular even on a Monday night! The food was outstanding starting with the beef salad.. it was very tasty and refreshing. Moving on the fancy sashimi was perfect.. very fresh and flavorful. Their beef is top notch whether it was the ribeye or the wagyu tartar service with uni and caviar.. the latter had a beautiful presentation and was equally delicious. The salmon truffle carpaccio was another winner. The service was nice and the counter seating was very comfortable. “Right beside Nijiya supermarket and my dog grooming place. Lots of good reviews led me here. Ordered large portion steak with potato salad. Cut don steak over rice-- menu is simple and beef is good! I didnt order wagyu slice but the flavor reminds you of trad japanese resto. Place is not fine dining but comfortable and relaxed. Potato salad is a must try- so so good and creamy. Will come back to try the sliced beef don w egg- their signature dish. The servings are good for 1-2 persons and priced a little bit more. But with the flavor experience, i think its worth it. Good date place for foodies.”
“Great experience. Gives that local vibe that I love. Great selection of beers and food with multiple TVs for your viewing pleasure. Our server was great as well. I believe her name is Ashley. She had a friendly personality and I can see myself coming in asking for her next time.”
“We go because of vic the bartender. He's got the greatest personality. He's very knowledgeable what he does. And I don't even go sit at a table.I go straight to the bar.I consider him a friend. We know each other's family well, at least he knows mine.We know what each other does for a living. We know what each other does on our free time.I go there because it feels like home. Thanks Vic. Went there tonight and had another amazing strawberry Pina Colada and shrimp and chicken Carbonaro was bomb.”
“My first time trying this location, it was recommended to me and it’s good enough to post a review about it. The cashier is super friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process of ordering a sushi burrito. Taste was 10/10, quality was just as good and they’re handmade after you order so you do have to wait like 15min but so worth it. I got the ahi tuna and shrimp tempura with masago, green onion, and imitation crab. Second one was for my fiancé and he couldn’t get enough. Definitely stopping by next time I’m in the area.”
“They offer a wide variety of dishes, ranging from traditional Chinese cuisine to creative Western cuisine, and there are many surprising combinations. In addition, the restaurant pays attention to the selection of raw materials and the innovation of cooking techniques to ensure that each dish can bring you the most extreme taste experience”

“Always a great experience at this restaurant and we just love our regular waitress in fact if she’s not there we wait to sit in her section Elizabeth is our favorite server, we’re not saying that we don’t like the others but she is our favorite and is very nice and knows what makes us comfortable extra napkins & coffee creamer etc. just the little things that make us feel comfortable she really is the best in our eyes”
“PEARL AND ALEXIS WERE SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND I liked their uniforms..snazzy!!
Almost thought I would get a filet miñon they both looked so snazzy.
Great service!
My Double Cheeseburger w/o cheese, with an extra patty was perfectly made and the temperature was hot.
Fabulous visit.
I am posting here because I needed to give kudos yet the receipt was faded due to low ink, I guess, and could not take the survey.

“Drivethrkugh was *packed* on a saturday morning, but inside was nice and empty. Took 20 minutes to get ~3 saus egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown 😕
Dont mind it too much however, was clean and quiet while i waited for my meal, and was good quality as expected from mcd's.”
“Several weeks ago, I was at the drive thru and Kathleen was at the window. She was very friendly and helpful. Excellent representative of McDonalds. I have been going to this McD's for decades and overall, this McD's is kept very clean, food is consistently up to McD's standards, and the employees do an excellent job. Kudos to the management team over the decades.”
“it was yakitori and izakaya place. it was sooo nice and good. it's pricey though, but that's what fine dining is right..!? so i think it is pretty good, to come with famz or colleagues 😃👍🥰”
“What a neat experience in the south bay. We came across this restaurant thanks to Infatuation's 2025 list of best new restaurants to try.
We made a very last minute call to the restaurant to see if any spots opened up, and we were very fortunate to nab two seats. Parking is a little tight in this small strip mall area but not too bad in the evening.
Coming in, you're immediately greeted to a really neat setup - bar seating that surrounds an open kitchen with grills per every tea seats. Loved the modern decor with classic wooden Japanese items throughout the kitchen and fun, friendly chalkboards.
We were seated and given a tour of the menu. There are two pretty competitive omakase style beef walkthroughs. We opted to go with the $50 option as we didn't want to go with the wagyu sushi (that and a couple items were the main difference between this and the $70 option). We also had the ability to order more specific cuts of meat or go straight to the a la carte option as well.
The drink menu for non-alcohol items are a bit limited but for sake lovers, there are some great competitive options like a $30 5-sake cup flights.
Going into the $50 omakase, the options for the most part are super solid. We really enjoyed the multiple sauces that came out with the meat. The beef tongue trio was also fantastic all-around. Meats were cut right in front of you as well as marinated/seasoned. The butcher's cut curry also is oddly fantastic. It's a clever way to close out the meal using parts of the ends of meat. The grill in front of you also uses side vents so makes it a much more enjoyable experience.
I think the only bits of feedback we had (and something it seems like they are actively trying to address) is getting more helping hands. There was a bit of a chaotic energy as the tables were full and not enough hands on deck with things like front of house having to be done by the chef.
I think the servers were still superstars amidst everything going on and super kind in keeping us updated as to the situation.
They also do run out of some items of food so would advise to try to get an earlier time than later. Getting there after 8PM also means that you usually aren't able to go the omakase route as a heads-up.
Can't wait to come back and see how they continue to improve and refine a great idea.”
“very cool place to visit- highly recommended! Must try the Cuban sandwich! The staff who took care of us (?Marta, Margarette, unsure) very kind and proficient. She did great answering my questions about the menu, and since we had not been here before even took the time to tell us about specials that were coming up and invite us to visit again soon. We enjoyed our visit very much..”

“The BBQ combo was great! I recommend all menu. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Korean barbecue or is looking to try something new and delicious.”
“Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!”
“Really liked this place. It offers quick prep moderately priced sushi that tastes good for moderately priced sushi. The only weakness was the shrimp nigari which was skimpy on the shrimp. My meal included miso soup, salad and roll, wrap & funnel sushi. I had 2 bites of the roll and drank some soup before I took the picture. I was hungry!”
“BEST PIZZA IN THE SOUTH BAY! My boyfriend introduced me to this little gem a few years ago and I can honestly say any other pizza I try since doesn't come close to the amazing taste that Jack's pizza makes. We're lucky enough to live 3 minutes away from this place, so we usually pick up and bring the pie home, but it's always piping hot and perfection every time. I honestly don't go anywhere else for pizza since my first bite of Jack's pizza, and I can pretty much guarantee you won't either. This place has been around for a long long time, I think somewhere around the 80's and I hope they stay around making magic in the kitchen for many years to come. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Jack's! Stay awesome and don't change!”
“Favorite place to eat quickly. It is affordable and reasonable price w loading amount food. The food here has big serving size w amazing taste. The service was rlly good(we got a free drink lol). The restaurant overall is soo cute, styled w cute cat miniatures. I’ll definitely recommend trying out here!!”
“I've been coming here for decades, a tradition every year around Christmas/New Years my family would come out here and feast! The food never disappoints and there isn't a single place I've been across the states that compares to the meat we get here. Wishing the new owners a very happy new year, I already can't wait to come back again.
Definitely recommend putting in a reservation if you're planning on stopping by, it can get very busy!”
“Family friendly, fast service and amazing food. We ordered the beef chow fun, lotus root and spicy fish.
Everything was authentic choosing reminded me of Hong Kong, fish was on par with china and the lotus root was reminiscent to my childhood.”
“Johnny and Jorge made us feel like family. Great beers. Nice vibe to complement the vibe at the HB location. Now I have another amazing l place to go when in town. Love from Littleton Colorado!”

“Was out in this area for work. Did a Google maps search for sandwiches. Man what a little hidden gem. These guys have a huge list of sandwiches and other things on their menu. They nailed my club and they do not hesitate to give big portions. I'll be coming back to this local spot next time I work out there.”
“Lived around the neighborhood for a while, didn't realize how close this place was from my house. It's so good and delicious. One of my favorites is the mango.Smoothie, when i'm telling you that it's super refreshing I love how it's very slushy, like not watery, but perfect.
The people there are very friendly and nice.Good customer service”
“I was but a youngin’ when I first came to this place, and the pizza is just as delicious as it was back then. Although Bonello’s may look unassuming from the outside, I would liken it to a geode— a hidden, sparkling gem that never fails to satisfy your hunger cravings!
Naturally, I visited here today with my good comrade, whom I met on the battlefield. I would gladly bleed out in this restaurant, taking my final breath in such a place of comfort and nostalgia. But I’ve still got some years in me yet… so that won’t happen for a while!
Anyway, I’m off to visit my uncle’s grave today. I’m sure he would have been as happy as a clam to know that I visited good old Bonello’s. He loved this place. I scorn the universe every day for ripping him away from our family… a cruel twist of fate indeed.”
“Stopped by Jang Su Jang in Torrance and the place was bustling, with only a few tables open for dine-in.
Ambiance (4/5): Lots of natural light mixed with warm-toned lighting creates a cozy and homey feel. The restaurant has plenty of space, with tables for both small groups and larger parties of up to 8. It was lively and loud inside, but in a good way—exactly the kind of noise level you’d expect at a thriving Korean spot. Beautifully decorated and welcoming.
Food (4/5): I ordered the Jangsu Bossam, which came with rice and two portion sizes of banchan. Everything was well-seasoned, with the cucumbers being the standout—crisp, fresh, and addictive. The bossam itself was flavorful and generously portioned (marketed for 2 but easily feeds 3). We also tried the bibimbap, which was satisfying and nicely done. Overall, both dishes were good, though not quite unforgettable.
Service (4/5): Since we ordered to go, I didn’t get the full dine-in experience, but ordering was quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ll update if I get the chance to try table service next time.
Overall: Solid Korean food in a cozy, busy setting. Worth returning to, though maybe not a place I’d find myself craving often.”
“Great service all the workers are nice and everything came out fast. Totally recommend the frozen lemonade so good if you love sour you need to try the blue one but the strawberry one is also pretty good just be careful with brain freezes the queso is nice but my favorite is the western bacon”
“We loved it. For someone that was lost in the City of Torrance and just googled a Breakfast spot. This place is now our Favorite in this city. The customer service was AMAZING and welcoming. Thank you and wishing you 30 more years multiplied by 10 of prosperity.”
“Indoor👍🏼👍🏼we opted for it but was surprised when they ushered us to the back portion of the restaurant. It makes you feel like you really are in an authentic Japanese Izakaya restaurant.”

“I have driven by this place so many times but never actually stopped in. My wife was looking for a funky beer and we checked their availabile draft list online and saw a bunch of beers that fit the description. We were greeted by a friendly staff, ample seating inside and out, and a bbq food truck offering food options.
We got a few tastings of fruited beers including a fizzy white peach, apricot farmhouse style ale, and a plum saison style. They were all tart and delicious! We got a couple of pints to enjoy at the tasting room. I was also really impressed by their togo beer prices. Four packs were about $14-18 depending on style. This is pretty low for 4-packs in my experience. We'll def be checking it out again.”
“Today was our first visit to Mendocino Farms in Torrance, where we were warmly greeted by the staff as we walked in. We met with senior manager, Miguel, who assisted us with placing our Thanksgiving order. Miguel definitely represents his brand by being friendly and wanting your experience to be the best (and it was!). After tasting today’s food, it just confirmed we made the right choice for our holiday food. The atmosphere was extremely inviting and clean. This will definitely be one of my weekly stops!”
“A friend brought me their Matcha almond croissant, the Black forest Cake even though it really wasn't a black forest it was totally delicious as well as the matcha almond croissant. The croissant can rival any French bakery. It was buttery, soft and absolutely delicious. Thank you ,JJ Bakery”

“My first visit to The Pan. It's always nice to find another great breakfast place. It will take a while to sample all the things that sounded interesting. I went for biscuits and gravy, which comes with eggs, home fried potatoes and sausage or bacon. My friend got the Pan's Signature Scramble which uses Italian sausage. Both were very good. I'm really interested in trying some of the pancake and crepe choices, but wanted to keep it simple this morning. There's plenty of room here and Donna was a very good and pleasant server.”
“If you haven't been here you areissong out. I consider this place to be a local gem. Get there right at 5 if you don't have a reservation. This yakitori is fantastic. It is cooked perfectly every time. There are lots of options for both those who are adventurous and those who like to stay a little closer to home. This place will not disappoint.”

“Came for lunch with kids, they loved the food. Reminded us of our Japan experience. The fried chicken was killer. We loved the pudding for dessert. We will come back!”
“Excellent store for supplements and health food. Very wide selection of products.”
“Great place off the beaten path - excellent service, food is great, ambiance is quiet and enjoyable. Highly recommend this great place for dinner, lunch or weekend brunch. Pet friendly, outdoor seating.”
“This place consistently hits the spot! If you’re looking for home style Japanese cooking you won’t go wrong by coming here. Their hamburger steak is their specialty and probably the best I’ve had in America”
“We've wanted to eat here for awhile. Yesterday the stars aligned and we were in the area. The wait was worth it
The tempura was delicious and the dipping sauce made it even better.”
“Outback is my number one place for great steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly.”
“Love to eat here . People are friendly. Hit the spot ! Thank you”
“This is by far the best all you can eat AYCE Kbbq restaurant in Torrance. The staff were incredibly attentive and A++ for the cleanliness of the restaurant. 😊 I really like that most of the common cookable meats are out on the salad bar as well as vegetables, appetizers, all the sauces, fruits 🤤 all readily available to everyone - so you can easily get more. 😉 I highly recommend trying the beef belly, beef rib finger and marinated short ribs each cut was tender and flavorful. The cheesecorn, shrimp tempura, tofu soup and baked mussels were delicious side options and cooked to perfection. 😊💯”

“The good variety of food, the craft beers, the good service from the waitresses and being in the Restaurant is super cozy, like being at home with family.”
“I organized a dinner with my daughter.
We wanted to try something new and ended up at WA Dining Suya.
The restaurant delivered a great meal and great service. My daughter and I will definitely come back.
The Kakuni was my favorite — very homey. Honestly, that appetizer with rice could’ve been my whole meal.”
“My experience was very good and the food was delicious. I would defiently eat there again.”
“The server was so Great. He is so respectful, attentive and helpful. He gives suggestions of what I will order being my first time in Wadatsumi. Thank you very much for the Awesome service.😊 I'll definitely come back with my friends.💯”
“Still great after all these years A nice variety of meat selections and super tasty.”

“Great new place in Torrance.
The food was great, the boba was great, the service was also great.
Highly recommend it if you are looking for a good soup.”
“Love the place, love the people, love the beer. Great place to get away on a hot day for a few hours with the family and watch LA Galaxy games!
Fixed review to 5! Fat fingered the star selection! My apologies”

“It’s one of the cheapest buffets, now that everything is so expensive . They kept their prices , ITS THE BEST HIDDEN SECRETS around 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾”
“My first review! My visit here last night was nothing short of a revelation in the art of sushi dining. Celebrating its 17th year, this gem of a restaurant has not just stood the test of time; it has set the bar for what authentic Japanese cuisine can embody. Though it is not your modern izakaya nor fine-dining luxury, it firmly facets itself as the "OG" restaurant in the diverse Japanese dining scene. Immediately upon entering, I observed details of its classic entity by old decos of art, calligraphy, signs, photos, and handwritten notes. It was an ambiance that exuded warmth. I immediately felt the history and dedication woven into the fabric of this place. The owners have crafted not merely a restaurant but a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer nuances of Japanese culture and cuisine. I opted for the sushi combo course. Each piece of sushi was a testament to the chef's mastery over his craft, with every ingredient shining through in a delicate balance of flavors and textures with a properly curated course. All the nigiri boasted freshness in a blend of tastes that was above satisfactory by the plate. But what truly sets Sushi Anza apart is the heart and soul poured into every aspect of the dining experience. From the attentive, yet unobtrusive service to the meticulous presentation of the dishes, you can feel the love and dedication that the owners have for their craft. It's this personal touch combined with an "aged" ambience that transforms a meal into an experience. In a world where the genuine essence of Japanese cuisine can sometimes be lost amidst fusion and innovation, Sushi Anza stands as a beacon of tradition and quality. Overall, my first visit here was a nostalgic journey through the very essence of Japanese tradition, guided by the hands of those who know and respect it the most. I cannot recommend Sushi Anza enough and look forward to many more visits. I hope to regain the same authentic warmth, excellence, and quality that hallmarks the culinary gems of Torrance.”
“My family and I went there for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was full, and we were seated in a private room where you had to take off your shoes to enter. The service was excellent, and the menu featured unique items at reasonable prices. We will definitely return for more.”
“Overall, the dining experience was highly satisfactory. While the pricing continues to increase, a trend which reflects current industry dynamics, we hope the management will prioritize maintaining the quality of the cuisine and the established high standard of service in the long term.”
“Tremendous, upbeat staff. Very welcoming. Great variety of food and drink. Great vibe”
“Yamaya Japanese Wagyu & Grill is a Japanese yakiniku specialist in the Torrance area. Ventilation is not bad, but expect to get smelly. The dimly lit dining room is clean and tidy. Servers are friendly, professional and accommodating. Corkage is US$ 25/btl. Food is fresh and of great quality. While side dishes such as Moyashi Namui (US$4.8) and Green Salad ($5.8) are refreshing, the different cuts of wagyu are simply delicious! Highly recommend the crunchy Chef’s Cut Tongue (US$42.8), the juicy Premium Short Ribs (US$ 34.8) and Outside Skirt (US$ 29.8).”
“Hidden garden is a hidden gem here in torrance. It’s a place where you can bring a date and have good thai food, without breaking the bank! The lady server was so helpful and accommodating. Atmosphere is upscale. Food.. awesome!
Ps. I forgot to try their mango sticky rice. Will give an update once we come back for it 🙂”
“I dropped by in the morning and pretty sure they were closed, but Santos was nice enough to hook me up with some beers anyway. Cannot wait to try out these unique drafts.”
“First time here had the lasagna and it was delicious and so was the bread that comes with it”
“It feels like it’s gotten more expensive over time, but I’ve been coming here for 20 years. It’s one of my all-time favorite restaurants, and I’d be genuinely sad if it ever closed. The staff are always very friendly. While it may not feel particularly modern or spotless, it offers a comforting, homey atmosphere. The food is also consistently delicious.”
“Excellent experience last night! We ordered the Avocado Eggrolls and shared a Hawaiian pizza…delicious! Madison is fantastic server…she was lovely and very knowledgeable on the menu. A+”
“Great food - Great service! I came here 2 times in a week, each time greeted like a long time patron! The people are friendly, kind and attentive! The food was great each time with fresh ingredients and the salsa is awesome. Also, honest people, who kept my son’s jacket for several days after he forgot it at our last visit.”
“Really great food + specials and we had such a fabulous waitress we shall be back!”
“I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. The pizza was great, the staff was friendly, and everything came out fast. I even met the owner super nice guy and you can tell he cares about the place. Definitely coming back.”
“really good time here last week, we came in not knowing it was the night they had tacos on special, really great tacos!@ Perfectly seasoned beef, trimmings were perfectly proportioned, very tasteful, good portions an side offerings. Rates were really good especially considering the excellent level of service. For sure we will visit again soon!”
“Good taste noodle, great customer service! interesting old Torrance neighborhood.”
“Ise-Shima is a hidden gem in Torrance!
It’s an authentic Japanese restaurant that offers amazing quality food. I had their seasonal lunch, which was beautifully presented and delicious. Located on the first floor of the Miyako Inn Hybrid Hotel, it has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere with attentive service. There’s plenty of free parking, and it’s definitely a must-visit spot whenever I’m in Torrance.”
“Antonio is the best chef in the Southbay, he pours a great glass of vino! Jess, provides great service.”
“The food is very tasty and much better than in many other Korean restaurants in this area. My daughter and I loved the food. We will be coming back again. Highly recommend”
“Our server last night was awesome with the recommendations and add ons for enhancements to our food. It was the best meal I've had there so far - and I have been multiple times prior. The truffle garlic bread with vodka sauce on the side was the show stealer!”
“Excellent sushi restaurant in Torrance, CA. The quality of the sashimi and sushi is outstanding at this restaurant. The seafood is very fresh and the price reasonable compared to the big cities like New York. The service was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely return again.”
“Wow, this restaurant! It’s always the first place on my mind after arriving from Europe, where truly authentic Mexican food can be hard to find. We always come back for their mole, homemade tortillas and churros, absolute standouts every time.
I also want to highlight how attentive and thoughtful the staff was in accommodating my father-in-law, making sure he had a more comfortable seating option on a crowded Friday night, even with a last-minute reservation. Service was also great!
So happy to have found this gem.”
“OMG I love this Restaurant. It’s always nice and clean and the people that works there are nice but the one that makes a big difference is Angie, She’s absolutely the best very professional caring towards the customers. She always makes us feel welcome. Excellent service love her to pieces. We come here once a week just because of her! 🥰”
“I picked here because it was open late and glad I made that decision. I like the menu because it split into prices. Super affordable because the portion is sooo huge. On top, full of flavor and delicious.
I got the combo B with chicken and pitcher of beer. Chicken was crunchy and tasty.
The Sausage platter was sooo huge has a hint of kick but for people who can't eat spicy can still enjoy.
Service was awesome and I think the owner was there and he made sure everybody was happy, felt welcome and enjoyed it here.”
“Ko Ryo Jung is an excellent Korean BBQ spot with truly authentic flavors. The quality of the meat is great—fresh, juicy, and well-seasoned. The banchan (side dishes) are plentiful and delicious, and they’re refilled generously.
The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff helps with grilling and explains the best way to enjoy the food. The restaurant is clean with a comfortable, authentic Korean atmosphere.
Definitely a place I’ll come back to. Highly recommended!”
“Had such a great experience here! We came in with a group of six and were immediately welcomed with amazing service from Crystal and Carlos. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the whole night.
I had the Linguine Pescatore and it was absolutely delicious - so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everyone in our group loved their meals and kept commenting on how good everything was.
Between the delicious food and the outstanding customer service, this spot is definitely a winner. Highly recommend and I’ll for sure be coming back!”
“enjoyed a well seasoned salmon bagel, and plenty of cream cheese to go with it! The wait was longer than expected (however it was Black Friday weekend) but they seemed a bit short of hands. It makes a good and convienient stop for a meal just to pan out the day- steep rates on drinks, but looking like a great place for happy hour! We will be back for another try.”
“Love Beaux, I can stop by for a quick drink and some appetizers to full dinner 🥘 I just love that this place reminds me of Tokyo back in my young days in Tokyo lol 😂 great cocktails and awesome Japanese whiskies🥃 Waitresses are super friendly and attentive, and this place is great for Nijikai nightcap as well ✨”
“We went for lunch, happened to be in the area. Had the sardines soy sauce noodles my mom had the salmon rice bowl. Everything was fantastic even for lunch. Also had the miso soup with a cold beer. Loved the private seating. Server was really nice. Have to come here for dinner was expecting to spend a lot more money. Next time!”
“Everything here is fresh and delicious – that’s the best way to sum up this lovely place. Soft background music, an incredible selection of dishes, and all of it unlimited: fish, beef, baked mussels, rolls, pastries, a fantastic egg soup, and so much more. Absolutely five stars, especially at just $20 for an all-you-can-eat experience.”
“This was my second time coming here and I brought family and friends. We enjoyed our food and everything was delicious. The wait staff is very knowledgeable of the menu and they did an excellent job. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place.”
“I’m writing this because the manager at the Del Amo location - Eddie went out of his way to accommodate our catering order even though it was on short notice. He really went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs (there were many!) were met. This kind of service is truly exceptional and I’m very grateful to Eddie for making this so easy.”
“First time having hot pot. Smaller restaurant, with vegetarian and bone broths for hot pot, quality lamb and beef, tasty Kim chi, staff was friendly, and kept the food coming. Really loved the bone broth, egg noodles seemed to be fresh made, meats just delicious in that broth. No sauce needed but they had some for those who like to dip. Would go again for sure.”

“My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful meal at MB Grille. This time Elliott was our server, and he recommended so many delicious items- the 50/50 clam chowder, the Sesame Crusted Ahi dinner, and the Key lime pie. All fantastic. In addition, we tried the Bacon prawns, and they were mighty tasty, too. We look forward to returning soon.”

“The salad was super delicious! The Barrenjoey was creatively made, it was bursting with flavor! The portion is healthy and well worth the price for ao much volume.
I'd recommend getting the dressing on the side, cuz it was a tad salty. Other than that it was a fantastic meal!”
“When looking for a proper boba and smoothie place, its a hit or miss on most as they have too many options to qualify as quality product and or they basic and like any other place. 😁BERRY AND BOBA is a unicorn of a shop.
The Tropical smoothie with almond milk, was fantastic and refreshing. The Big 4 juice was delightful as well. The Sfiha was a new experience and had me chomping on something yum.
Brazilian freshness and wonderful customer service. Definitely a hidden gem”
“Amazing food! We went for my son's birthday lunch and everyone ordered something different it was amazing! Everything tasted wonderful! Service was great and very welcoming staff and the cooks were helpful with questions as well. There breakfast seems almost like a hidden secret menu because I wasn't aware that it existed but it sounds delicious and I can't wait to try it so definitely ask about that you can get coffee there too!! 😁”

“The second meal I've eaten in my life that I looked at the price and went damn, but the food was still more then then the price, didn't know the flavors I just ate existed, macaroni salad is a little heartier then I'd prefer but nothing less then a 100/10, those flavors hit.”
