I simply loved their food. I always get awesome customer service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I love King Shabu Shabu...I've been going to this location for many years and the service, ambiance, and food quality has always been very good. Ari, the manager, has always been very pleasant with me when I eat at the restaurant. The other staff members are friendly too. I used to go there when Kenny was the manager, and although I was sad to see him leave, I've been pleased with the service since. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you're looking for healthy, good food.

Good food, smaller portions, but fun place to eat. Went early and no wait, but can get busier later.

Found this place while looking for the Thai restaurant next door. Sort of a do-it-yourself where you put your meat & veggies (very fresh) in boiling broth. Different but not worth the $100 tab for 2.

The manager Ari treats his employees and the customers like they are less than nothing. What can I say, I have been a patron of this place for a long time and while I have had great experiences with all other employees, every time Ari is there his negative energy just suffocates everything in his path. He knows nothing about customer service and really should have a job sitting behind a desk with very little to no interaction with the outside world and he certainly has no business running ANY establishment. It's disappointing that the owners would allow such a condescending human to run their business. I am leaving this review because the owners should know what kind of experiences their customers are having with him. If you look at the other one star reviews they have nothing to do with the business and everything to do with Ari (he's Indian or iranian guy in case you roll in and wonder who I am referring to). I could not in good faith recommend this place with someone like that running it. I will not be returning until there is a change in management and I will be sure to spread the word to protect other potential customers from receiving the same condescending and belittling treatment.

I've been a loyal customer to King Shabu Shabu for years! But honestly the Indian guy that works there makes me lose my appetite. I been there 3 times ever since Kenny (I think that's his name) left and this guy always gives us attitude when we walk in. He says hello to certain customers and certain customers like myself get treated extremely badly by this guy. I'm not one to write bad reviews but it's been three times and I think management needs to be aware of the situation. And I'm not the only one that feels this way according to the reviews below. Edit: it's funny how I got a feedback saying this review is funny. Will not be going back to Shabu since management doesn't seem to acknowledge anyones

Top quality meats and super fresh veggies. Simply put, one of the best in the South Bay. And as if great food wasn't enough, Aria and his crew are always attentive making sure customers have the ultimate in dining experience. This time I went with the Spicy Tonkotsu broth and Angus Ribeye Prime. The broth became tastier as more and more items were cooked in it. Life is delicious whenever I come here.

First time here, not too bad. The servers were attentive and quick. The quality of the meat was good. Also, even though you'd have to pay extra for more veggies, they give you a good amount to start with. I also love the fact that they give you a bowl with soup base so you can make your own udon noodle soup. Everything was pretty satisfying, except the dipping sauces were off. The goma left a weird after taste and the ponzu had too much lemon to it. If you're not into dipping sauces, this place is for you.

I really love this place. Delicious each and every time. The quality of the meat is great and I feel good after eating my meal. The manager and staff are also very friendly and helpful if there is anything you need at any point in your meal. I highly recommend it.

I would say this place is a 4.5 for me. We had dinner here with a group of 4 last night. I'd never tried shabu shabu before but it was really fun. We each had our own pot and the server was really informative about how everything worked. He checked on us multiple times throughout the evening as well. The meat and seafood were both really fresh and delicious. You get rice, sauces, and veggies included; however, I wish there was less lettuce/cabbage and more actual veggies. The tables also could have been just a hair wider or longer. With four people we ran out of room fast and it felt a little crowded. Food and service wise though, this place is great.

First time visiting this location and eating at a hot pot restaurant. It was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit. For starters the server behind the counter, I forgot his name, made the whole experience much better, he was knowledgeable and friendly. I choose "Spicy Tonkotsu" as my soup base which is Spicy Miso mixed with Tonkotsu (simmered pork marrow or pork bone). My two proteins were Wagyu & Ribeye Prime. The Wagyu was my favorite, I highly recommend you to stick to this meat. The vegetables are part of the deal which are red onions, shitake mushroom, cabbage and imitation crab. They also provide some dipping sauces for more flavor. The meat is really good quality and you can see them deli cut it once ordered. The service is quick and since we cook our own food its up to you how long you want to dine for. The meats cook in 2 minutes depending on how you like it. The restaurant is casual and can be loud depending on how many customers are in. Overall great date experience.

This was the first Shabu Shabu place that we went in the South Bay and it is the only one we go to. Arya was welcoming, the place is very clean, and the food is crave worthy. The edamame is a delicious and necessary part of our visits. No matter the staff, it is always top notch. We have had many visitors and each time, we ask or they request Shabu Shabum.

Great for sharing a delicious Shabu Sabu Meal! Table for four included one Shabu Shabu Boiling Pot for each person.
