We discovered Marsatta Chocolate at the International Chocolate Festival and then discovered they were doing tastings here in Old Town Torrance.We had a great time...learning how they got started and all that goes into their process. Oh yeah....and the chocolate was great! Oh, you've got to try Marsatta Chocolate! I was lucky enough to meet the chef and, wow, you can just tell he's all in. It's like he's painting with flavors. Each piece of chocolate is more than just a treat; it's like a little artwork you can eat. But listen, you've got to try the lemon bonbons. I did a chocolate tasting through Groupon. It was such a unique experience! She goes over the chocolate making process and lets you sample some of the bars. Please note that it is mostly dark chocolate so if you do this tasting at night, it could affect your sleep since there is caffeine. I'm caffeine sensitive so i was WIRED lol. They have really unique flavors and it changes from time to time. I recommend checking them out!
