Don't know how you're in line and they still skip over you twice when was right behind the person that just ordered. Usually good service but had to go with nothing cause short on
I've worked years in customer service and let me tell you... Hayley is exceptional. So sweet. Really chill about me changing my order before they sent it and also helped guide me to an order I would be satisfied with when making new selections. They even asked me "do you like Sriracha?" When i ordered my breakfast burrito and put it in the bag for me. I didn't even know they had Sriracha at Starbucks! All around lovely, helpful and patient human being. My favorite Starbucks, there's a short wait today. This morning I had the pleasure of visiting my favorite Starbucks coffee shop, and once again, it did not disappoint. The absence of a drive-thru at this location creates a unique atmosphere, where the focus is on walk-in traffic and fostering a more personal experience.
