We entered for lunch and went to the kiosk to order. The item we wanted wasn't listed, so we tried to order from the counter. Guess what? There was no one to take our order. We waited. And waited. And when we were about to leave, someone finally arrived to take our order. We informed the cashier that the item we desired was not listed on the kiosk.
