It's Jack in the box. So base your expectations off that. I haven't had a problem with them yet.Only complaint is a corporate thing, the prices are too high for the quality level of food.Parking: The parking lot can be trick to leave. Most exits go to 1way traffic

Manager dropped my bag of food on the floor. Never saw her throw it away. She threw out 1 order of fries but decided to use that same container for new fries. She claimed the container never touched the floor (but that container held the fries she threw out). Very upsetting! Super disgusted! Especially with me sitting right there in the drive thru watching it happen.....I hope they do not do that to other customers.

People are absolutely incompetent. If you hate working here so much then QUIT. I literally had to pull away because the person couldn’t comprehend that I don’t want ham on my burrito. They don’t make the sausage one anymore. How hard is it to make something with no ham. I pulled away no food after talking about it for almost 7 minutes.
