I ordered a sandwich around noon. By 130 pm I was clutching my cramping stomach while vomiting profusely! This was the only thing I had eaten and I was not sick prior to this.

Witnessed the manager/owner speaking rudely to the employee.Told her to stop standing and staring when there is so much to do.Delegate work and teach them instead of being rude.He seemed to be wanting to do all orders himself. His attiy sucks. Not sure if I will go there again.

It's been a while since I have been inside. There is a new system that you place your order and the team makes your sandwich. Honestly, I much rather enjoyed watching them make my order, when in store.I score low on service since technically, I placed my order at the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. I did get to have some random conversations with the strangers also waiting for their food. Let's go ahead and put a TV in there and we can start watching games and enjoying the dine in option.Parking: The smaller lot in front is shared with a Jack in the Box, Starbucks and Cold Stone. It is normally pretty full. There is a bigger lot around the corner just require a further walk.

This Togos used to be very good before ownership changed years back. we placed our order then when we got home the wrong sandwich was in the bag. I called to talk to the manager manny he said my order would be replaced that he would leave a note and that I could come back another day. so this was the first inconvenience I had nothing to eat. Then when we went to order the replacement the staff said there was no note this was the second inconvenienc. We asked them to contact manny and we're told no. Now the topping to it all I called the store to talk to manny. The person that answered the phone did not like that I did not want to tell him why I needed to talk to manny. Which was no of his business. I could then hear him yelling for manny. The employee came back on the line and said he was at lunch and not available he was busy. I asked for the employees name which he refused to give me. I asked him if manny would be back in an hour he would not tell me told me he doesn't keep his schedule and hung up on me. Beyond RUDE. Should be fired.

Recently, I decided to grab a bite at Togo's Sandwiches, a place I'd heard had a decent reputation for serving hearty sandwiches. My experience, however, was a mixed bag with both highs and lows that make it land squarely in the territory of "average". To start with the positives, I must commend Togo's on their extensive range of sandwich options, catering to a variety of taste buds and dietary preferences. Their menu boasts an array of sandwich combinations that can tantalize the palate of even the choosiest eater. Moreover, the freshness of the ingredients used in their sandwiches was quite noticeable. The vegetables were crisp, and the meats seemed of decent quality, contributing to a sandwich that, from a structural point of view, held together quite well, even with generous fillings. Now, shifting gears to the areas where Togo's could improve. The foremost issue I encountered was with the customer service. It seemed like the staff was somewhat disinterested and not entirely focused on providing a pleasant customer experience. This was reflected in the somewhat lengthy waiting time, which, given the not-so-busy hour, felt unnecessary. Moreover, the ambiance of the place left much to be desired. The seating area felt slightly cramped and not the most comfortable for enjoying a leisurely meal. Furthermore, when it comes to the flavor profile of the sandwiches, they somehow missed hitting the mark of excellence. While the ingredients were fresh, the sandwiches lacked a certain zest and flair that would have taken them from good to great. It seemed like there was a missing element in terms of seasoning or perhaps a signature sauce that could elevate the taste to the next level. This resulted in an overall dining experience that was rather bland and unmemorable. In terms of value for money, Togo's fares quite averagely. The pricing is somewhat on par with other sandwich outlets, but given the lackluster experience, it feels a bit steep. I believe a slight revision in pricing or perhaps offering deals and discounts could enhance the perceived value. To sum up, my visit to Togo's Sandwiches was not an entirely disappointing experience, but it certainly left room for improvement. The foundation of a great dining experience is there, with fresh ingredients and a varied menu, but the execution in terms of service and flavor profile needs tweaking. I find myself giving it a middle-of-the-road rating, with the hope that Togo's takes customer feedback to heart and works towards enhancing the overall dining experience in the future.

Good for a bite to eat in a hurry, my wife ate a chicken sandwich all veggies said it was okay. The Turkey and roast beef is good.

We ordered 5 sandwiches and when picked up, very rude customer service. Got home and found that all sandwiches were on wrong bread. 2 of the sandwiches were cheese and they were grilled cheese. Did not ask for grilled. 1 was supposed to be on a spinach wrap and was on a white roll. The meatball sandwich is very dry with barely any sauce and 3 meatballs only. Extremely frustrating but don't even want to call back and complain because the guy on the phone when ordering was very rude and so was the guy when picking up the order. Togo's just lost some very loyal customers forever.

Has customer service really just gone out the window? I mean I know it's just you ordering a sandwich and then making it but no greeting, no have a nice day, and no smiles? Lol it's comical. Guy just says i can take your order when you're ready and you tell him your order and he instantly forgets it. I'm the only person in the store at this time. Literally, salami and cheese. Done. I do feel bad not leaving a tip for them but at the same time I have to get some kind of reason to do so. Doing your job does not constitute you receiving a tip. It's a sandwich. Food is decent. Bread meat Mayo mustard cheese. Simple and easy. Ambience is ok after they lighten up the place with the white walls but gets overshadowed by the deaths silent workspace as a worker makes a sandwich doesn't greet and the other yells from across the store. Just so uninviting. Pains me to say it but I'll stick to Safeway .

I used to like coming here but I'm sick of the incompetence. It's ridiculous to sit there and order over the phone "NICE AND SLOW" so they can hear you properly. I ask for them to repeat the SAME order so I know it's right, right? Get there and of course I didn't feel welcome at all just because I made an order for five sandwiches I knew I wasn't going to get service properly.Make sure you always get your receipt here. Tired of the employees just not giving a crap and making sandwiches wrong EVERY-TIME-I-GO. Years ago was fine but I can't handle this establishment with the lack of incompetence and messed up sandwiches. Of course I check! Like always because these places like to mess up all the time. Boo.
