From Fresno, but do work with client here in Tulare. Most of my clients love going out for dinner to places like cane's....this was better then cane's. It is only cash or cash app. Will be coming here again!!!
So I should have taken a picture of our food. Menu and food is simple inexpensive and delicious. Rice with chicken or sausage, and egg rolls. Everything thing is hand made and fresh. Cash only but chicken and rice is only $4. Me and my husband had dinner and egg rolls for under $20 LOVE IT!!!

So glad I found this place! (It is a bit hard to find - in a parking lot of a warehouse-like area, poorly lit and almost no signs ) For $4.50 cash-only you get a chunk of chicken in a little paper bag and a lump of rice in a plastic baggie - it's simple, fast, and so so good! The chicken is juicy and the skin is crispy and thin. Not too heavy. They give you sweet&sour sauce and a spicy sauce (I can't eat spicy but I did taste it) that complement the rice so well.
