I only go here for lunch and dinner, they don't make breakfast sandwiches right when I would order them with folded eggs, instead they gave me regular eggs, more than once.

I ordered at 12:53pm 03/29/2024. The food was not served until 1:07 . The cashier explained the store was out of ready French fried so they had to take time to prepare. That is bad because it is a fast food service; however, that was nothing compared to what happened next . After that long waiting time, I received the meal. My child open his bacon chese burger wrap to each and find out the store pack charcoal, totally burnt , over cooked bacon pieces into the burger . The whole many slices of bacon inside the burger burnt and crumpled like charcoal from a burner. I brought that up to the cashier and he just said “ I will exchange another one without even an apology for the gross lazy , nasty dirty food the store served served the customer. He was too busy to sense the anger from the customer or he acted just like another day , another same story . I had to ask for the manager to yell at her about the nasty, lazy disrespect for the food safety for the customer. The manager could try to calm me by filling my request for refund but still offer no apology. It seems to me they are used to with this bad , disrespect , “who care “ attitude towards customer.I would say customers to prepare for this if you ever buy food from the McDonald’s from this Love travel center.May God bless those McDonald’s workers by guiding them what is right , what is not right, and to live with good , healthy mind respecting food safety for the customers. . McDonald's just flat out sucks now days even their packaging is unatractiv3 just ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheeses it just taste gross the beef has a real beefy smell like a dirty old cow my friess were cold and why the gell us the latte machine always not working if it not that it's the Frappuccino machine. I would of been better off with my PBJ out of my truck waste of 20$

Did not get my Mcnuggets. Drove 91 miles and couldn't find them. Had to call customer service to get a refund. Even then I still haven't gotten it. Now I'm waiting for them to call or something.Update: never got a call. Just don't eat here. I don't recommend this place.

This morning I ordered sausage McMuffin's and other food from the drive thru.. I received all my other orders except the sausage McMuffins ... I had to return back to the McDonald's going inside good thing I keep my recipe because the girl was like I did give you your food I told her no she was rude she didn't even apologize (sorry I forgot ). people check your food before you leave the drive-thru!!!!!

Food wasn't bad, service was good, but I asked for no pickles and add onions and they gave me pickles and no onions. So I asked for some onions and they had to remake them because they can't give a side of onion. They remade it with, and I'm not kidding, 3 pieces of diced onion and when I asked they said "that's how they come" so if you want a normal amount of onions maybe ask for like triple onions and you might get more than 3 pieces of onion.

No drinks at all (hot or cold), no ice cream, the fries were way too salty and cold (undercooked), the service is extremely poor and slow here and the manager is nothing more than a pothead (she stood there with a blank look on her face, smelled bad of marijuana and didn't want to fix her mistakes even with proof of receipt that she was the one who messed up), table's weren't clean and the self service machines were also on the fritz.Parking: It's a truck stop so there's plenty of parking to go around.

Well it’s McDonald’s but add a layer of obvious cheapness from the franchisee at the customers and employee expense. Staff was friendly but clearly understaffed. Had to ask for more ketchup multiple times. No soda machine for refills, a host of customers waiting on their orders to be corrected, mobile kiosks not working etc.
