We ate here on our way into town and left a backpack behind. The staff, who we spoke to when getting our food kept it safe till be returned. Good people. The food and facilities are as expected of a Subway off the highway.

I just want everyone to know that Subway in Lowes Truck Stop charges more than a regular Subway. They do not except coupons neither. Truck Drivers can not take their trucks in drive thrus or regular parking lots. They are the reasons the restaurants get their supplies to be open and do business. Without truckers restaurants and other business would closed doors. Give our truckers discounts, don't charge them more! Dedicate coupons to truckers or offer discounts to them.Do better restaurants at Truck stops! Our truckers deserve it!!!

This location is in the Love's Truck stop. It was a very nice experience. There was one gal working today at 11:30 am and she acknowledged warmly each person as we arrived. With three in line, she called for reinforcements and two other friendly gals arrive and form. They worked quite well together to start moving the line and providing delicious sandwiches. They did some gentle suggestive selling like "would you like extra meat or avocado on your sandwich?" I used to work in fast food and I would hire any of these three gals. Well done.

It may just be me, but I have a hard time understanding foreign accents. I had a hard time understanding the employee that was serving me at this Subway, for two reasons: the first being he had a bit of an accent, the second being he was not speaking nearly loud enough, he did not enunciate properly. It frustrates me when employees at any store or restaurant not speak loud enough, sometimes they say something and because they don't speak loud enough, I miss understand them which could cause a mistake in the order. I also hated having to repeatedly ask him what he was asking me. It makes me not want to go to that place again because of this. When employees are training, they need to be told that they need to speak loud enough, but not to the point where it is too loud. This is supposed to be common sense, however, you'd be surprised how uncommon, common sense is these days.

I will give a cero start if I could I pulled in here I. The morning and I got two kids meals and got them toasted I came back at night and the lady named Jerry was super rude and didn't want to toast my kids sandwiches cause she got trained I don't know where and she said that everyone has being doing it wrong and didn't toast my kids sandwiches worse employees ever

so I was driving to a subway because I was feeling a foot-long right even though my boyfriend just give me the last night but like that's off the topic so I was walking to the subway right because I just got my car and guess what I walk into a subway I like Bruh how much does a train right now I'm just gonna eat I walked into a subway like you need to be more clear about that I don't know why they put a subway as a Subway. If I'm not even trying to go to the subway train like I'm up I'm staying when I'm leaving. I'm not trying to go nowhere else can I just wanna get some food I was really awesome your foot long bottom what happened right there? Gotcha I went to my neighbor because she has a dog was allergic to air because he was floating for the on the grass so you never really think about the paper that that fell from the sky because you never know this exit could be there enter so never go to Subway because I gave it a one star preview because the service was horrible and I will never go to a place like that ever again because I just hate it. I never go to that because when I'm also asked after that, I said I wanted to the train station. I want to know where I got to go so I just went I've been back on Google maps and I looked up subway fast food that's what I forgot to put so when I when I when I typed it in a row, I drove all the way over there. I walked in right and you won't believe what I seen. I seen a silverback gorilla and I'm not even lying. I could not lie to you. It was white. I'm not even lying in the silver exactly bro like I don't know what's happening. No no no no no no no stop stop stop I'm gonna die please please please help ambulance ambulance ambulance ambulance anyways so I walked in. I killed a super regular like why not I'm like that so basically what happening after that it's 420 o'clock right now ask her I'm making this review right now, so yeah I did want to die and I killed a super big, gorilla, and a ninja. She done with a knife and I'm just like that on Wednesday on an alarm
All the employees seemed like they just didn't want to work. No one even said Hi or Thank you. Just a bad service experience.

The employee making my sandwich was very nice. Reason for two starts is they didn’t want to accept my gift card because it was electronic. All he had to do was punch in the code or scan. Also it seems like the scooper for the tuna is smaller than I remember.
