“One of our favorite spots. We have brought several friends and family and boast about the incredible food and service. Only disappointment is the bathrooms. Such a beautiful location with very poor kept bathrooms. Tonight we have a reservation for 2 and got offered high top or the table next to the bathroom when every table but 3 were open. We try to make our date nights special tonight was disappointing with these options. (We reluctantly chose the table next to the bathroom) Our server Priscilla was so sweet she made up for it. But even when we were leaving there were still empty tables. It’s the little things like that, that will make us rethink our choice next time.”

“Alison’s Cafe is a gem! They have plenty of seating and a drive thru. It is a small business and may take a little longer than the corporate businesses, but the quality and taste is well worth it. Also, your dollar is doing more good here! The owner was working and was a complete sweetheart. I ordered a butterscotch latte and a cheese danish. Both were delicious! I spent about $9.50 which is very reasonable. You can’t beat quality, great service and a wonderful owner! Highly recommend!”

“Party of 6, arrived around maybe 6 PM? Got seated fairly quick. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the staff were very kind and we were welcomed with drink orders almost immediately. The menu shows pricey meals that are actually worth it, only 1 of us usually leaves with a leftover box, we left with 4. The salad / soup and breadsticks definitely play into this though. Speaking of those breadsticks? Our waitress apologized multiple times for them being in the oven but we enjoyed hearing that, fresh breadsticks and amazing salad is nothing to apologize for. I ordered a basic spaghetti and meatballs with an italian sausage included. Much to my surprise, the meatballs and italian sausage were huge! As well as extremely tasty. 10/10 would go again as well as recommend to others.”

I’ve since left the nest and live in NYC and nowhere I can find there can even come close to the molcajete from Mariachis at Turlock, CA and now I insist on visiting here whenever I come back to the hometown. I’ve taken all my friends, my family, and now my fiancée here and salivate thinking about it weeks ahead of time.

“We dined here on a Tuesday night as the only customer dining in the restaurant. They had
multiple to go orders while were there, as I believe this is the norm for earlier in the week. We have dined here on fri and sat and there are more dine in patrons. The tables are set up nice with cloth napkins and condiments on each one. We ordered the combo plates which arrived steaming hot and tasty, with plenty of leftovers for the next day. My only concern was the gung pow chicken had more vegetables and peanuts than chicken. The chicken was cut up very small and difficult to find among the veggies. My husbands sweet and sour pork were large enough pieces that he asked for a knife to cut it bite size.This is our favorite Chinese restaurant, however I will order another protein next time.”

“If you are tired of eating Mexican food and no disrespect to Mexican food or tacos! "I love Mexican food!" Well, come on out and try a Little Taste of El Salvador. Here, they serve the Pupusas, which I can say is like going to Mexico and getting tacos at every corner. The pupusas are feel with smash Chicharon, cheese. Loroco, etc... different flavors for your taste buds! I had 3 types when I visited them. I had one loroco con queso, one Chicharon and queso, and a revuelta that is a mixture of Chicgaron, cheese, beans, and perhaps something else I'm a sucker for Pupusas, and this place did make my taste buds say yummy for my tummy ? ??. I will definitely come back again. The price for the pupusas are $4 each, and as you can see in one of my pictures, they are the size of a plastic fork. The reason why I measure it like that it's because in some other places they are smaller and thinner and not enough feeling in them, oh they are a little bit more pricey. "I really hope that this place will sell them that size or a little bit bigger and a little bit thicker and a little bit more stuff!"

On another note, they can be vegetarian order then without the meat.

“The reviews had me pumped up about the burrito. It was good but a little overly spicy for my taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it does a job with filling portions. I do feel the burrito could be a little bigger as I tasted a lot of tortilla. The California burrito was the better of the two burritos I tried but I really can't do that nacho cheese. I would give them another try but order something different. I heard the tacos de tripas are good. Overall this is a average taco truck. I'm coming from Merced and there is a lot of really great trucks there so it's why I rated this only 4 stars.”

So of all things, my husband and I came here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Why? Because they offered a nine dollar and 99 cent Burger special. So that was part of our order, we also got some of their mozzarella twists that were delicious by the way. But what made this visit really special was the good atmosphere. It was a little louder, as it's more of a family restaurant. But, let me tell you, Carla was probably the best server we've ever had across all restaurants across all states across all countries any location ever.. she helped us get ordered, she was on top of refills, she made sure that I had fresh coffee, she refilled my husband's drink, was very friendly very efficient and is the best hostess we've ever had. Not only that, the manager, austin, came by to see how we were doing. He was very friendly and we expressed what a good time we had. Now while this might not be a typical anniversary dinner type place, it certainly a place we would come back to because the food was great the service was great and who doesn't love a good deal on dinner? Thank you for the good time and we will be back. Yummmm”

The grilled cheese burger and its fries were quite good, but the apple crisp a la mode was my favorite of that outing. My mom also didn't get enough to eat because she had them hold the cilantro rice, and the waitress didn't offer to substitute something else.”

I highly recommend stopping here and it’s right off the freeway in a very large open parking lot. Sign up for their reward program, like everyone else , to earn yourself some good snacks/drinks along the way!”
