KFC offers exceptional service, with friendly and patient staff, such as Mia, who go above and beyond to assist customers. The restaurant provides great customer service, making customers feel valued and leaving them happy. However, some meals, like the chicken sandwich, may not meet expectations, with dry chicken making it hard to chew.
