I aS ignored for five minutes and when I asked if I could order food, I was told that he was putting in an order. There were three people that looked me in the eye and not one of them said a word to me. It was terrible customer service. The food is always good, but I have never been treated with such disregard

Great place! I love there food and great portions too, just the way I like it! Good Hawaiian style size plates bra, just go a little early before time to eat because the lines will start out the door.I wish they would play some Hawaiian Style group music in there or some HAPA music that would be the perfect touch to Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
