If you want an original restaurant feel in a small town, this is the spot. Folks there were nice and food was great, for a great price. There was even a bit of fusion to the food, wife loved the kimchi burger. We are coming back 100%. Ty for being there!!!
1st time customer 12:00 PM 5-11-2026. Had the Giant Special: double burger, small fries and small soda. $13.99 plus tax.
Service was great. I was the only customer. Burger patties were cooked right before my eyes, frozen fries were fried right in front of me.
Atmosphere: this place is old, it's been here awhile. It has a well worn familiarity look to it. Not a good place if you want to impress a woman on your first date, maybe on your 10th date. LoL 😆

Despite the slightly rundown appearance, the food quality is excellent. Known for their fried mushrooms, jalapeños, and crispy onion rings, this spot has been a favorite for twenty years. The owners are welcoming, making it a hidden gem in the area. The restaurant offers a variety of food types, from burgers to green beans, which are made fresh and served with good timing. The food is made with care, and the staff is friendly and appreciative of customers. Although not modernized and looking like straight from the 60s, it remains a cozy place. If you're in Turlock, don't miss this spot for delicious and affordable meals, especially their secret sauce and special burger.
