I came right at opening on 04/02/2024 and the gm was on her laptop in front of me not helping out with the orders that were pouring in and the burnt my fries, gave me 2 wrong flavors and they seemed so frantic in the kitchen for a Tuesday morning… I spent over $50 for burnt fries and sauces I didn’t pick and it was with their app so there’s nothing I can do about it but to accept the bad service.

The food is mostly good but after Covid it seems like good workers left. Orders always take much longer than told. This time the staff was sitting around and talking to Walter while orders piled up. Would recommend ordering in at the ceres location for a better experience.

Soda machine would only dispense carbonated liquid, no syrup. Told staff, they said its normal. Not sure when coke changed its formula to clear.

Constantly takes at least 20 minutes on top of the estimated time checkout gives you on the app. Today it said 30 minutes, I gave it 40, showed up and still not done.

Insane how badly run this store is. Placed an order online and had a 60min wait time, not super unusual for a Friday night but it really was closer to a two hour wait. I called the store to see if my order was ready and they couldn't find my order and told me I would have to come in for them to verify my order. When I get into the store 5 minutes after getting off of the phone the store is packed with people just waiting to get their food. I had to wait over 30 min just to even get help to see where my order was just to find out I still had another 30 minute wait to get my food. As of writing I still haven't received my food.

Read the reviews. They never get your order right. Lot of time, it’s not even edible. It’s the location, very sad actually. I’ve had good wing stop, but this location is horrible.

Team members are joking around all while customers are waited 25-40 minutes for their food. Very slow pace no sense of urgency. We wanted to eat inside had to take the food to go because of wait time.
