I called the original location in Orange after not seeing it open for a couple weeks and they confirmed it's permanently closed. They just invested in a remodel, too, I'm pretty bummed.

Just wanted to warn people to call before ordering. Tried to order through Yelp today for pickup. Order showed received and ready for pick up, but upon arrival the restaurant is closed. I called the Orange location, they informed me that this Tustin location is closed indefinitely.

I built my own using chicken broth. Honestly it was good but not the best in town (definitely better than silverlake ramen). The quality of the broth was great and adding ginger added much more flavor to it. However, my order was a takeout and and maybe that's why the noodles was stuck together. Another thing the chicken pieces were too thick and i really don't like big chicken breast. The flavor and texture of the big chicken breast is hard and hard to chew. I do not mind going back to this place again, and I think for people who dine in they won't have any problem with the noodles, but I hope they address the issue of chicken quality Service was great and very helpful.

I love this place . Food is very good and the service is superb. I got the Dan Dan men and my wife got the tsukemen . The soup base are tasty. I love it . I will come back for more.

This used to be Kairakutei. Different management.... staff is very pleasant. Correction.... super pleasant! They have another store on Glassell in Orange. Aside from Ramen, Japanese beers, sake, Sushi, Rice bowls. I took a picture of the menu so fellow yelpers can see. The tonkatsu ramen so soooooo good! Try it with the Chashu which i was told is grilled marinated pork belly. I ordered it with the thick noodles. Mind you... the thick noodles is not at all like udon this is great! We also ordered chicken ramen and Shoyu ramen. Fellow yelpers.... this place is a must try! My daughter has her birthday tomorrow and they applied the promotion of buy 1 get 1 free. Thank you Hanano Ramen!

My SIL and I stopped here for Ramen (her first time trying Ramen) and im so glad we did, had the spicy miso Ramen with pork belly, SO SO DELICIOUS! Added garlic and green onions and it was PERFECT! Had amazing customer service provided by Ken, super attentive and super nice! We'll definitely come here anytime we want Ramen :)

THIS IS A BRAND NEW RESTAURANT. They just opened less than two months ago. The original establishment, Kairakutei, closed and this restaurant opened up in its place.You should start a brand new Google Maps listing. Using the old listing from Kairakutei and just changing the name is misleading, on top of the fact that many of the 5-star reviews highlight dishes that you don't even serve.It's confusing for customers, new and old, as new customers will think you've been around much longer and serve dishes you don't even serve, and old customers will think this is just a rebranding of the same establishment when it is not.

The Ramen is really good, broth is tasty, edamame, shrimp tempura was good as well. Ken our server was very nice & attentive to us as his customers
It's a nice little ramen place. They have a limited menu but what they have is good. Enjoy the tonkotsu ramen with ground pork.

Went here to eat with my husband. It was a cold night, so Ramen was a good choice to keep warm. Decided to come to this ramen place. They changed ownership since the last time we've been here. Our waiter was Khoa, he was very accommodating and asked where we would prefer to sit, also suggested towards the wall since it was less windy. We ordered some Ramen, I got the chicken ramen, and my husband got the create your own ramen and we both enjoyed our ramen, very flavorful, and would come back again! Must try!

Ramen was delicious and definitely enjoyed the dumplings... Came here last minute and couldn't have chose a better spot. Everyone there definitely made us feel welcome. If we had any questions or concerns they definitely helped us out with our orders. Will be coming back.

So glad that they open another location here because it's closer to my house, like literally within 2 miles. Food quality just as same as Old Towne location plus the patio outside is so adorable. Definitely recommend their Tsukamen Dipping Ramen, XLB Dumplings and Crunchy Sushi Rolls.
