Most people here were helpful. However, they shorted my order by one sandwich. Went back later that day but they were already closed. I worked a long day the next day so called them the following day to let them know they shorted me. Asked if there was anything they could do. Manager Dane treated me like a criminal. Said he'd tell his boss and they'd get back to me the next day. I never heard a thing. He could have at least pretended to care. Panera is now on my never-go-to list!

We tried 3 out of the 4 options and my favorite is the pepperoni. This classic flavor is definitely craveable.
This Panera bread is always out of items. They were even out of large cups, the last time they were sold out of croissants. The other day they were out of fruit. I asked for my online order, it was not there at the regular pick up counter, and the cashier was so vague and inconsiderate. She asked for a number and I inquired if she needed my receipt number or phone number. And she rudely said phone number, like I should have known that.
