I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and it's very clean environment. Dylan served us today and is very professional and kind.

Most people here were helpful. However, they shorted my order by one sandwich. Went back later that day but they were already closed. I worked a long day the next day so called them the following day to let them know they shorted me. Asked if there was anything they could do. Manager Dane treated me like a criminal. Said he'd tell his boss and they'd get back to me the next day. I never heard a thing. He could have at least pretended to care. Panera is now on my never-go-to list!

Have you checked out the latest arrivals at Panera Bread? Their NEW and delicious flatbread pizzas are pretty amazing . For $9.99, you'll get to choose between 4 different options. These flatbread pizzas are perfect for sharing with your Valentine or just have one all to yourself . We ordered a few and shared. That's even better!! ⁣ ⁣ We tried 3 out of the 4 options and my favorite is the pepperoni. This classic flavor is definitely craveable.

This Panera bread is always out of items. They were even out of large cups, the last time they were sold out of croissants. The other day they were out of fruit. I asked for my online order, it was not there at the regular pick up counter, and the cashier was so vague and inconsiderate. She asked for a number and I inquired if she needed my receipt number or phone number. And she rudely said phone number, like I should have known that. I told her my number but she stopped me after I said two digits and told me to say it again. Not the best customer service. The manager was nice and was personable. He didn't make me feel like I was a bother to him.

We won't be going back to this location! We saw the Family Meal online for $35 - great! I went in to order it and it was $41 + tax, total $44. The manager, Sherrie, was assisting the person at the register who seemed to have no idea what he was doing. When I questioned the amount and showed them the amount on the website, Sherrie said, "Oh, that's the universal price. If you get into it more you will see ours is different." Sorry, what?! The concept of 'universal' seemed to be lost on Sherrie. When I asked, how am I supposed to know that's 'your price' when the website says $35, Sherrie replied with, "If you want it, that's our price. She seemed more interested in being right than making sure Panera maintained a customer. My final comment to Sherrie was she could have offered some kind of concession as a customer service gesture rather than losing a customer. She said, "I did." That concept seems to be lost on her too. If that's how people are going to be treated, I won't be going back.

I came here for door - order I sat and waited for over 10 minutes I finally asked for the order and they gave me the order it was just sitting there. I waited at the rapid order thinking it was the doordash orders we're gonna be put there they never were but the lady that was there never told me Hey are you waiting for an order cause I have your order right here instead she just stared at me for the 10 minutes

One star even too much for this store. Employees are so slow and not polite. Coffee station is always empty each time you have to wait extra 5-10 minutes to get coffee. In general not a good management at all !

Really nice location and they do a really good job making sure you get all your stuff. One of the things I like about this location to the fact that they have a lot of seating. We came with a big group of people of 14 and there's plenty of space for all of us to be able to sit back eat our food and relax This place even offers free peppermint candies when you first walk out of the door. That's a small thing but it's something that I appreciate because many other places do not. Plus they have really comfortable Furniture inside and beautiful decor

I was really disappointed the last time that I ordered from here. They have decreased their portion size by so much that it's very visible. Their soup portion for a bread bowl used to have enough soup to fill the entire bread bowl... now it filled it up only about 2/3 of the way. Pasta portions are also much smaller now. I doubt I'll be returning here.

Amazingly bad food and even worse service. We ordered a breakfast sandwich TO GO as we were on our way to our daughters' softball games. We will let the photos tell the story. Photo #1 is Panera's product shot. Photo #2 is what we received. Obviously we took that sad excuse for a sandwich back to Panera for a refund, AFTER our daughters' games. The best was yet to come. After showing the inside of the sandwich to the cashier and stating quite clearly that we wanted a refund and NOT "something else", he proceeded to repeatedly ignore our refund request and repeatedly pushed other items in exchange. THEN, (you won't believe this) after he took the sandwich to the "cook" who had prepared it earlier, the "cook" began yelling, "Who returns a sandwich three hours later?" I informed that angry little speck know that NO ONE leaves in the middle of their child's ballgame to return a sandwich. Seems like anyone would figure out a return comes when the time is convenient for the customer. But obviously he was really angry about the fact that he was caught stealing/withholding the ingredients from the customer for who know what gain. He then approached me and began a shouting match with me in front of everyone in the restaurant. After that wonderful experience, we left and called customer service from the parking lot. She was very nice and said someone would defintely call us to resolve the horrible experience. Not surprised at all that no one called us. Overall experience shows how much they care about customers - they don't. How disappointing.

If you love Christmas music in mid-January this is THE place for you. All kidding aside nice seating area and friendly staff. Haven’t done much eating here but the coffee was hot and fresh, even at 5pm.
