“First time in Twain Harte and it was so peaceful and pretty. Before heading to our cabin, we stopped by Ed's and could not have stopped at a better bar. The bartender was so friendly and welcoming. He was very professional and made sure to attend to each customer in the order they came in which I respect. We ordered a shot of gin with sprite and a gin n' tonic. It came out to $8 and I couldn't believe it! I'm so use to high prices out in the Stockton Area and Bay Area. One thing to keep in mind is that they only take cash but they also have an ATM to use if needed.“

“Went in over the weekend. Bartender was amazing! I asked for an Aperol Spritz which he was not familiar with and was willing to google or whatever he needed to do to make me happy. “The Loggers Club is a small local and basic bar, but big in hospitality. Labor Day weekend 2011, we had the opportunity to experience and enjoy freshly caught local cat fish fried by Floyd, accompanied by home made "Grand Ma's" hush puppies, fresh corn & other dishes created by the local patrons. We were also honored to have met Joe Golz, owner, a big burly man but a sincere & generous man. It is so refreshing to be welcomed as family in the manner Joe, Loggers Club & his staff made us feel...just like home. Thank you!“

“My wife and I spent our 34year anniversary at Seven Sister's for dinner from a gift card our kids gave me for my birthday, and our waiter was Tim. It was fabulous and Tim was top notch. He is an excellent waiter and such a delightful personality. I think it had to have been our best experience ever at this restaurant. The food was the best ever and again the service couldn't have been any better.
