“Amazing food and service. The place had a nice ambiance and was a great location to sit and enjoy a meal with my family after a day of skiing. We ordered a bunch of plates to share - everything was delicious. My favorite was the poke nachos. We sat at the bar for a drink before dinner and the bartender Laura was amazing!!! She was very attentive, funny, and most importantly made great drinks. I would come again just so Laura can make me another espresso martini! If you are staying in the area I would 100% recommend coming here. Thank you Laura for the great experience!“
“Cool place, life music... fun and energetic... This was our 1st time here. The only thing was the service... host did a great job sitting us..The server could have been a bit chill with taking our order, helping with some choices... other than that, we liked the experience and recommended this restaurant. The cocktails were great, burger was very good, huge by the way... the sweet potato fries were awesome..“
“We came here on a busy Saturday night and had a bit of a wait. The restaurant was very crowded and they squeezed us into a booth in the corner with barely enough room to slide in and out between our table and the neighboring table. The food itself was pretty good, but they charged extra to add meat to the dishes and then put barely any meat on them at all. We ordered a chicken enchilada and were served just plain cheese enchiladas. By the time we realized, we were almost finished with the rest of our dinner and told the waiter that our enchiladas were not chicken enchiladas as we had ordered. He hurried off to replace them without asking if we wanted them replaced even though we had finished all our other food. We ended up just taking them to go as we were finished with the rest of our dinner by the time they brought them out. Overall, not worth it for how expensive everything was.“

One of the very few establishments I’ve been to that serve Cutwater. 1-2- and done, get you having lots of fun! Cant wait to go back and experience live music on their stage. “Nice casual dining experience if you're in the Tahoe area and either coming from the slopes or shopping in the area. Portions are a good size. Service was fast, and friendly. It was a bit cold when we were there but they had live music playing outside which was real nice.“
“Margaritas has excellent service and the food is excellent. We recently went here for brunch on a Saturday and we loved it. The food, service was excellent and our waitress was very accommodating and went out of her way to help us. I ordered Papas con Chorizo and it was amazing. The food platters are huge and the servings enormous. I would highly recommend Margaritas if you live in the Tahoe area or visiting. Oh and the Bloody Mary's are spicy and great for a hangover.“
“Don't let the unassuming entrance fool you; there's a great cocktail bar in here. The menu is interesting and the bartenders are talented. The only issue here is the price, frankly. $22-25 per cocktail is wild, even for Tahoe. Lots of people mention the mandatory cover charge for live music also; we didn't have a cover, as there wasn't anyone performing at the time. If you tacked on another $15 per person to our experience, I would've dropped another star from this review.It was worth checking out, but I'm not sure we'll be coming back considering the price. There are other places a short walk away with good vibes and cocktails for far less.“
“Best service and food hands down. I'll go to the beaver but only because the taverns not open all the time. But if I could... the taverns menu never is boring or stagnant. Watching there kitchen work looks Ike a well orchestrated symphony. There friendly, helpful, and truly are great... there chef is amazing and talented beyond description. Iv been honestly holding back my review due to the fact I wanted to enjoy my hole I the wall discovery as long as I could, knowing full well they would be packed nearly every visit soon, and I was right. “I haven't been to every restaurant in Lake Tahoe but I've been to a lot of them and Edgewood has to be the best. I got the steak duo and it was cooked to perfection. The server was attentive but not annoying and knew exactly the perfect time to refill water or check in. The view is picturesque and can't be beat.“
“7/22/23 Edgewood Restaurant is a definite 5 stars for the food, the service and the view. Zach made a reservation here for 7:45PM to celebrate our engagement earlier that day. The restaurant inside and out is veyy beautiful. There's a valet service which I'm not sure if it's mandatory or not, but Zach handed the valet guy the keys and we proceeded up the staircase inside. There are huge windows and an outdoor space you can walk to enjoy the view. We waited an extra 10 minutes to get a table right by the window, but it was worth the wait since the view was amazing. All of staff here are dressed very professionally and the service was truly outstanding. Aaron was our waiter that evening and he was great. Even the chairs are wonderful because they are so comfy and they support your back and shoulders. Here's what we got: - Bronzed sea scallops (to share) - French onion soup (his) - Lobster chowder (mine) - Veal chops (his) - Halibut (mine) - Fuji apple ginger sour (mine) We went all out since we were celebrating the engagement. The bread and butter they give you was phenomenal and honestly probably the best bread and butter I've ever had. They give you a variety of bread and the butter is so smooth and so creamy. We would go outside to enjoy the view and see the sunset when we were waiting for the food to come. Everything we had tasted amazing. Would definitely return!“

“Firstly the food is fresh relax. Secondly the service is Tahoe relax. Thirdly the atmosphere is inviting and warm. Everybody relax and enjoy the vibe and the surroundings. Don't cry about waits there are bigger problems in the world we come here cuz it's a community hub we appreciate everything these guys do!“
