7 Best Coffee Shops in Ukiah

“One of my favorite cappuccino places. Coffee is very good, their pastries and food are delicious. The parking is not enough and sometimes you have to park in the street which is undertaking huge construction. They need to create a couple of parking spots for quick in and out. But I have to say the lack of parking is a testament to too many satisfied customers!“

“Saturday I rushed to Schats to pickup a cake, thinking it closed at 5 p. It was about 4.35 . there were 2 women inside,but the door was locked so I knocked. The woman came and informed me they closed at 430. i asked if I could buy a cake. She refused. I looked sadly at the cakes that would sit there over the long Holiday weekend. I begged her, she refused. I looked up the Schats at Friedmans and found it was open until 6 p. I went there and was welcomed and assisted by a lovely woman named Sarah. She was the polar opposite to the sales person on Perkins. Very nice and helpful. Sometimes, employees don't care, but she did!“

“I’ve never had a healthy smoothie taste this fantastic! Not only is it delicious but the staff are radiant and the atmosphere is rejuvenating. Local art is displayed throughout the entire cafe and beautiful plants adorn every corner, including their beautiful upstairs patio! A must stop!“

“Stop here on a way down from Eureka headed back into LA. Wanna say this was one of the best ham Steak and eggs I have ever had. All the other food was delicious and the waitresses were really nice. Great lil restaurant and recommend you guys to stop by.“

She looked me up and down and said with a smerk "oh we need young people " now I'm not grandma old. And I need that job more then a youngster. I am Only 55 I hate discrimination. Hunnyfluff is the best donut shop in ukiah!!!!!! Besides that youngster. Manors should be taught. But I still love the owner and her donuts.“

“Coffee is the bomb. The beans are roasted expertly, then ground to perfection. They are then personally hand packed into their coffee machines with tender love. As the perfectly heated water peculates through the grinds, the beautiful coffee maids prepare your cup, affixing personal messages of warmth onto your vessel (on a good day). The girls are charming, even if they can't remember your names.. this is truly a great way to wake up.“

“It's a Safeway Starbucks so don't expect the normal atmosphere. Depending on the staff when you arrive will depend on how things go. Some staff are amazing and deserve more that 5 stars. Others are not even worthy of 1. Also be ready to wait a LONG time as there is usually only 1-2 people available to take orders and make drinks“
