“No A/C in 100+ degree weather so don't eat in. But their food, donuts, and coffee are phenomenal. Their staff are amazing, accommodating, super friendly and will sub just about anything you want. Drive through is slow but at least you can sit in your car with the A/C on. I feel so bad for the staff who have to work in that heat. Yet, they remain professional and friendly.“

“The employees there are so awesome, the ones that have been there awhile know me by name and always know what drink I'm getting, the newer employees don't really know me yet because since I moved I don't go there as much as I used to, but I'm sure if I did they would also be sure to know my name and fav drink. I'm not sure if that's something that they are trained or not but either way it definitely shows that their customers are important to them. Only one time have they ever gotten my order wrong and it was someone just starting out and I believe it was more miscommunication than anything and they fixed it right away no problems. Also back when I was struggling on the street and pregnant (pre COVID) I would go inside as soon as Safeway was open and I'd order a cup of coffee and sit at the tables (when they still had them) so I could get warm and be out of the weather for a bit and so many times they would either just give me a coffee or they sound fine me free refills because they knew I was just trying to be warm and I never caused any trouble, I just kept to myself a never bothered any body, I was just going through rough times. They have always been so sweet and nice to me no matter what situation I was in.
