Visited this location earlier this week after finishing the day at Universal studios.We were the only customers in the store. Had a small cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and of perfect consistency.The store is at the perfect location in Universal city walk. The staff could have been more friendly though. The store ambience is also nice.I felt the small cup was a bit pricey but then what is not pricey in today's market.

Got two chocolate milkshakes and they were pretty good! I'm pretty sure they were normal price and nothing seems too hiked up because it was at Universal.

Really nice people! Cloe was great helping us pin down a menu item that would work for my wife and I with her allergy. Everything was clean and wife had zero reaction to any gluten as she normally would risk. Loved the Berries sorbet slush- prices are steep at $12 a drink but delicious and fruity( and more worth it than anything else on Citywalk). Employees seem to work alone in the morning- we came into our server hard at work cleaning. Great work ethic to see in todays generation, ESp- in Hollywood where most customer service interactions we have had are flippant and bordering rude. Appreciated the extra attention. We definitely are planning to be back before the end of our trip

The ice cream shop next to the Dolby Theater, the clerk is very polite, and ice cream flavors can also be sampled.There are several kinds of cones to choose from, the ice cream is very delicious, and the price should be fairly affordable in the United States.Rich taste, not too sweet. Quite like.The vanilla flavor is delicious. The caramel ones are also good.2 balls a cup, no cone, 8 dollars

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt. That's why I'm going with 2 stars instead of 3. Came here with my son on a hot summer afternoon. I was shocked to see they only had 1 employee behind the counter both taking orders & ringing people up. That lead to not only a long line, but a small moving one. The Employee was very friendly and did her best to get people through as quickly as possible, but I was absolutely shocked that at a location that gets massive foot traffic they didn't at least have 1 person just taking orders & 1 person ringing people up. The employee there absolutely needed some backup.I was also shocked to hear that they were out of milk. I had planned on getting a shake, but I heard the woman mention to a customer in front of me that they just didn't get any that day so all she could do was scoops for the day. That's crazy. For a place that is charging more than other locations, you'd think they'd at least ensure that they had all the inventory needed to give customers what they wanted.Will I come back here? Maybe. But I will stop to think about if I really want to potentially wait in a long line to get my 2nd choice again.

I was here with my family on a Sunday afternoon while we were walking through Universal City Walk. Grateful they had three vegan options. There was Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Vanilla with chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge flakes), Strawberry Marshmallow (Strawberry with Strawberry Marshmallow swirls), and Colin Kaepernick's Change the Whirled (Caramel with Fudge Chips, Graham Cracker Swirls & Chocolate Cookle Swirls). I don't like Strawberry so I didn't sample that. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough was okay. Colin Kaepernick's Change the Whirled was pretty good. I only wanted one scoop but the employee told me that I can only get two scoops. It was $8.50 for a small cup and $10.50 for a large cup. It's expensive. I ended up getting one scoop of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and one scoop of the Colin Kaepernick's Change the Whirled. The employee looked bored and didn't say much.

Ice cream was great. Like many reviews on this page, the service was terrible. Went in on 5/14/23. I asked if they also sold pints since this location is listed on the main Ben and Jerrys page as selling them as take out. A simple "oh no, sorry" would have sufficed but instead got a snappy and rushed tone from the girl serving the ice cream. Not worth my time

Pretty sure this is the cutest Ben & Jerry's evaaaaaa. From the huge crashing car outside to the bright colors and lights, everything about this place screams Instagram-worthy.But it's not just the aesthetics that make this location worth the visit. The ice cream itself is top notch, as you would expect from Ben & Jerry's. The flavors are rich and creamy, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something classic like Chocolate Fudge Brownie, or you want to try something a little more adventurous like Phish Food, you won't be disappointed.Staff seems like they just toked a bit, but as someone who also enjoys a good puff, no qualms there. Super weird though - they had a sign up they were out of milkshakes. Whaaaaa, y'all are an ice cream shop! You need to have this! The location is great and ice cream was tasty but the customer service was awful. We felt very rushed by the girl working afternoon shift on Dec 30, 2022. Yes, I'm going there. I've been to other locations where the atmosphere was much more welcoming. Heck, even the other guy working with her had a better attitude. Tone was snappy and super rushed..I'll stick to other locations. There's way more to do at City walk than get ice-cream served with some ATTITUDE. I hope the staff is better trained on customer service to avoid this again.
