Visited this location earlier this week after finishing the day at Universal studios.We were the only customers in the store. Had a small cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and of perfect consistency. The store is at the perfect location in Universal city walk. The staff could have been more friendly though. The store ambience is also nice.I felt the small cup was a bit pricey but then what is not pricey in today's market.
