I've ordered from this specific restaurant twice and both times my order has been completely messed up. Fast food workers want salary pay but they can't get an order right.The bowl order is pictured as well as the result. I also ordered two bags of chips and queso Blanco sauce, got 1 bag and guac instead.

Although I’m not expecting much customer service here, I find that at night when there’s not much of a line the “hurry up and leave” atmosphere not very warm or inviting. I respect the attempt to speed up the process - but if it’s at the expense of showing some sort of personability I find myself focus to criticize if the same amount of energy was put into the rest of the environment then 80% of the tables wouldn’t be dirty making it the customers job to clean them. Keep doing what y’all do great but don’t forget there are people ordering the food not just another thing to check off before your timer ends. 3 stars because this is not all employees as I find some very warm and welcoming.

My husband and I came in the other day to sit, relax and enjoy a nice dinner at Chipotle. We walked in and it must have been 45 degrees in there! Even though it was cool outside, it was like a refrigerator inside. I could feel the cold air blowing on my face from the air conditioning vents. No one was sitting and eating inside, even though there were lots of people in line to get food. We ended up getting tacos and left to eat at home. I'm not going to sit in there and freeze. That is not the first time it's been like that. Several of the times I come there it's too cold to stay. How can anyone enjoy their food at that temperature? Unless the workers don't want to bother with having their customers stay, so they freeze them out? I've asked the workers to adjust the temperature and they would not. Brrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Don't go to fast food places one hour before they close. First, it was all men serving the food that should have been a sign. The food was old. He was scraping the bottom for the meat and the sour cream. I asked him did he have any more meat coming out and is that fresh. He replied that everything is fresh here. My was tasted terrible and made my stomach upset ?

I went there with a girlfriend for lunch and girl talk. Got their bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, and steak. Their pinto beans have no flavor.

Chipotle always slaps. I've never had bad chipotle. The chips are iffy sometimes but I get it. The staff at this location were friendly and the air temperate is always perfect. The ergonomics of the restaurant are always on point and the design is up to trend. If you're trying to hit your macros this is the place to go.
Very horrible experience came in today at 1:27pm there was nobody behind us , such rude miserable lousy girls in the front that took my order in 10 seconds to rush me out , which make no sense because obviously people are coming in and out so what's the point of rushing a customer out , this is very disappointing because anything i would ask they just had a pist off face about it , if they don't want to be there they shouldn't and if management doesn't care what are you guys doing running a business , very disappointed even the food preparation feels rushed everyone in there just so unhappy! This is very unacceptable Chipotle !

Terrible, I ordered carne asada plate. Its crazy to me how they put a little bit of meat. But when it comes to the other foods the portions, they give you a lot. The bowl is expensive because of the meat and you get nothing. I don't know why I keep coming. To top it off the meat pieces are tiny doesn't take a quarter of the bowl. The food is delicious. But the portion of the meat is definitely not worth it. You get nothing.

We pay for extra protein but it really depends on who is making the bowl... most times there's nothing extra. We actually get chipotle every Sunday and I appreciate that I feel full afterwards... that's pretty much it! This location more often than not forgets to put forks in the bag. Today there was one fork (two meals) and the chips were (and I'm not exaggerating) the most stale chips I've ever tasted! You can bend them but you can't break themIt's just always kind of a meh experience... but that's what fast food is

Always fresh, always great taste and definitely a lot of food. They don't skimp on portions. Get it in a bowl, I've found you get more.

Every time when my wife and I we come and eat inside we always enjoyed but today Thursday September 7th, 2023. We were no impressed. The person who helped my wife Kyle he was very attentive and an excellent server. The girl in the middle was trying to serve the sofritas that was dry and burn. So, I told her not that is not good. This girl does not have a pleasant face and have attitude problem. We seen her before and she gave a wrong order to my wife. When we like to eat in here, we expect the service to be good but sometimes server or managers make the atmosphere not good but this girl Kari has a problem with people the way she looks in general to the customers.I want to aware this to others , and the store manager.
