Although I’m not expecting much customer service here, I find that at night when there’s not much of a line the “hurry up and leave” atmosphere not very warm or inviting. I respect the attempt to speed up the process - but if it’s at the expense of showing some sort of personability I find myself focus to criticize if the same amount of energy was put into the rest of the environment then 80% of the tables wouldn’t be dirty making it the customers job to clean them....read full review
My husband and I came in the other day to sit, relax and enjoy a nice dinner at Chipotle. We walked in and it must have been 45 degrees in there! Even though it was cool outside, it was like a refrigerator inside. I could feel the cold air blowing on my face from the air conditioning vents. No one was sitting and eating inside, even though there were lots of people in line to get food. We ended up getting tacos and left to eat at home. Don't go to fast food places one hour before they close. First, it was all men serving the food that should have been a sign. The food was old. He was scraping the bottom for the meat and the sour cream. I asked him did he have any more meat coming out and is that fresh. He replied that everything is fresh here. My was tasted terrible and made my stomach upset ?
