My coworker and I stopped here after work a bit before closing time. There was a very aggressive man in the lobby yelling at the staff about taxes and acting very irrational, holding up the line inside and in the drive thru. Even being yelled at and disrespected, the staff tried very hard to resolve this man’s “problem” so they could de-escalate the situation.The team was very apologetic to my friend and I who patiently waited for the crazed man to leave, which they definitely did not need to apologize for. The manager, who is a VERY kind man, ended up giving my friend and I free drinks. This team definitely cares about their customer service even when they’re trying to help out an overreactive customer and all the people who have to wait for the crazies to leave.Aside from that, the burrito I ordered was so bomb. I’ve ordered from here twice now since they recently opened up and they definitely have the best cooking out of all the Pollo Locos in the area.This team and restaurant are great!

I went to the El Pollo Loco by disneyland and tried the new beef birria and it was great I loved the dipping sauce so I tried it again near me and they used plain taco sauce I'll stick to going to the one in Anaheim this one near me never gets my order right. Ever since the pandemic customer service is really horrible businesses don't care and this place is always empty I'm understanding why.

This was my first time and last time coming to this El Pollo Loco. Raven the manager was very rude no people skills she shouldn’t be working with the public.

I was feeling under the weather yesterday and I didn't cook dinner and honestly I was craving this place, luckily we all agreed and we ordered from here, we ended up getting an 8 piece family meal with 2 large sides, salad churros, and tortillas, the meal was a perfect size, my kids loved the churros, the Mac n cheese and mash were very good, food was warm, but the only problem I had was the salad. I literally had to pick the lettuce pieces because a lot of pieces were not good, the avocado was no good, but why cut it and place it ???? Why ?? It was black/brown !!!! Overall everything was good but please place more fresh items we are paying for them! Kinda bummed because the salad is soooooooooo good! And I couldn't enjoy it!

Terrible service On three different occasions my order was wrong or items were missing. So frustrating to arrive home ready to eat and you have the wrong order. They never answer their phone and when they do, they say you have the wrong pollo loco location. I had to show the manager that the address on the website is the same as on the building. ?

Wow... Incredibly rude... I watched the manager be so disrespectful to another customer that came in.. The lady working the drive thru was yelling at the customer.... Not sure if Ugly was in the air but damn.. Get it together....

I'm not one to review things at all but the service was horrible. The staff were far more interested in discussing their high school level drama than working (talk all you want, I don't care, but don't be rude to people).Food was fine though.

Came through the drive through, asked if this location had the plant based chicken, nope. That’s ok, asked for it on the side and I’ll give to my daughter who eats chicken. Asked for NO onions. I pull up to the window and hear the lady at the register talking about the loco lady and the pollo bowl. I’m sorry, we all have our own food preferences, doesn’t mean we are crazy and it’s rude, people are so d@$& judgmental. Get home and fine the chicken is on the side and I guess they figured they’d give me a chicken sized amount of onions instead of the NO onions I asked for. Will not be returning but drive farther out of my way to where I receive better service and the plant based I’m looking for.

Don't go here, the blonde girl manager has an attitude for everything and she treats paying customers poorly. I was debating if I should take my lunch break here and I said why not so I asked to go to the restroom before I ordered anything so I ask if I could go and she said with an attitude, "you have to buy something first, then I will let you." So I bought a combo then went I finished using the restroom, a person who appeared to be on drugszsz came in and asked " can I just use the restroom?" and she said down the hall and didn't ask him to buy anything. I think she discriminates because of my darker skin tone. You're being warned not to go here.

This is the second time I come to this Pollo Loco and get disappointed with their food. I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 sides. The corn and rice tasted a day or two old. Both had hard pieces in it. It was hard to chew. The chicken also tasted like it had been laying around for a while. Very disappointed. Like I said second and last time I come here. My next complain will be with headquarters.
