What a wonderful surprise. Meeting up with a friend, we were going for Indian food at another location and when we arrived, it was closed. We then did a quick search and found "Essence".The food was incredible with a chicken curry and the goat curry was a very nice surprise. Service was friendly, attentive and very fast.
Love the food there other than the food 4 stars because the employees there seem always in a rude mood and they'll see you struggle to open the door and won't even help or try to tell you it gets stuck but like I said other that food is

A friend recommended this place so we order take out via DoorDash this eve. We were not disappointed. I'm British, my American husband lived in Europe for over twenty years so we've had some pretty amazing currys! This was the best indian since we got to the states in 2022. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, mild. Spice level was JUST RIGHT! My husband ordered the Chicken Butter curry, hot. He enjoyed it a lot. We shared the Jeera rice and it had a lovely flavour!
