This is our normal stop going to sfo. This is almost half way between my home ans sfo.We stop here for a break and have coffee and snacks (sometimes a meal).The coffee is good and they have some nice selections of teas (green honey tea is awesome)They also have a whole wheat bagel.called whole wheat flats (slightly thinner than bagels). Tall female manager wearing glasses working today was very polite and professional. Although waiting in a busy line, she acknowledged and communicated my order would be taken very soon and further she thanked me for me patience!Wow! Sometimes kindness from a stranger is enough to make my day brighter!Thanks to the Employee, simply treating others the way she'd want to be treated. Why isn't that common anymore today??

I wanted soup and a salad. I couldn't hear them call my name. An intercom system would be nice.Tried their new salad with chicken and French onion soup. Salad was more than I thought, so got half of it to go. Not sure why they don't include bread and butter, because I always have to ask.
