Service started out shaky but ended up being good. We were a large group and the place seemed a little short-staffed. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the food. We had the Sunday Pasta Feast. Everything from bread and salad to lasagne was excellent. The quality of the food far exceeds the price $75 for 4-5 servings. We will definitely be back!

Came last week with my boss and a group of coworkers. It was his treat so I was happy with what they ordered. It was a half veggie & half marg pizza, garlic olive oil bread, Alfredo pasta, spaghetti, and a fresh salad.It was all very good. It was my first time dining here and I’ll definitely come back with my family. The service was great and attentive.

Came here on a weekday evening for dinnerWe ordered cheese bread, calamari, zucchini sticks, shrimp + chicken Alfredo, margarita pizza, tortellini with red sauce, and eggplant parm.Pros:-our waitress was amazing! Very friendly and efficient-food came out hot and with large portion sizes! We all needed to go boxes for pastaCons:-We didn’t enjoy the calamari it was pounded thing then breaded and fries and we prefer a more traditional method of smaller pieces that are lightly breaded.-All of the dishes came out hot & fresh but could’ve used more seasoning, we had to add basics like salt and pepper to everything and it still felt like seasoning was missingOverall I’d come back again and give it another try!
We had a family birthday lunch here. Food was amazing. We had pizza, eggplant Parmesan, meatballs sandwiches, chicken salad, chicken piccata and the best ever fried calamari. Everyone loved their very large meals and had leftovers to go. The waitress was very sweet. If you want Italian food this is the place to go!

Teresa is a lovely lady, she’s incredibly sweet, she wants to know who you are, is open and friendly, cares about her patrons, and again, adorable! The wait staff and kitchen staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, hard working, down to earth! The food is DELICIOUS! Large portions ,the pizza is great! Very well priced, fresh, and authentic! I’m a hard sell on Italian restaurants , especially when it comes to staples like pasta, and the sauces! I’m a Philadelphia native, Italian American, grew up in that business, a family of world class real deal chefs, and they work like dogs to keep their businesses competitive unique, so I dont sugar coat experiences especially with some of the half hearted complacent and flat out overblown lousy fare with uninterested staffers and entitled owners in vacaville! Pietros 2 is Worth a trip, easy to find, ample safe parking and nice area of Merchant St , beautiful space, cool old wine press in front lobby, open kitchen! My only suggestion is turn down the lights a bit in the main dining room! It’s nice to see it bustling with neighbors! Support these folks! MILLE GRAZIA TERESA! Went to Cowtown because my pal Hinkley Housstofter the bow gunner on a Norwegian whaling ship is in town and staying at an Air B&B just off Travis Blvd, for a Blinkindoodle convention at the Nut Tree. He invited me over because there's a wood burning pizza oven in the backyard and wanted to share a pizza with me.I was all in! I love pizza cooked in a wood burning oven, it's the best! 10 minutes after I got there ......a pizza was delivered, and we sat in the backyard eating pizza, looking at that pizza oven. The pizza from Pietro's #2 was pretty damn good. ☆☆☆☆☆
