I've stopped by this Starbucks a few times for caffeine before hitting road to work. I've never been inside this location. I've only picked up mobile orders in the drive thru or pick up at the side window. Some mornings the drive thru line is long, other mornings it's short (like this morning). My drinks are accurate every time and the staff are always pleasant. Best part, it's only a 5 minute or so drive from home!
Tanya was so wonderful with me. She may be the manager. If she's not then please promote her. Was sincere to answer my questions and check the wait time on coffee because I had an appointment. She made me feel she was happy to help and check. Usually in customer service they do answer questions and do check as part of their job. Tanya made me feel welcomed and happy to see me.
