I am soooooooo confused. I've been working in Vallejo for over a year. I leave for a trip to Georgia and I get a random Instagram post pop up in my feed. It was for Blazin Cajun. Talk about a treat when I returned to work. I ordered the "sampler - Catfish, Shrimp, and Wings" with potato salad as a side. ????????????????????????I will be back with coworkers, friends and family!Parking: This is a food truck. Walked place was empty... the guy at the counter was great on customer service and gave me a free soda. As soon as the order was given....food was fried hot. The food was solid and delicious. My favorite fish spot in vallejo

Food was fresh and seasoned. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I like that she asked your name first before anything rather than last, showing that she wants to make a connection with each customer. I would come back and try more food from this business.
