Cantonese food is difficult to find in Vallejo because many restaurants offer Mandarin dishes. Some people don't notice the difference, but I do since I'm first generation Chinese. Combo Express has changed ownership recently; we don't care for the frozen Costco-like pot stickers. They used to be hand made but no longer. Simply the best place to get chow fun in the North Bay. Is is a dive? Yes. Do they take cards? Sometimes. Is there table service? Maybe. Is the food on point? Yes. Go. Get take out. Enjoy.
