I'm very pleased with what I got. Chicken katsu masubi it was crunchy n fresh n hot. Service is alright they are two older couples that have a business n mind there business. Idk as long as my food is good I'm fine.
I love the Poon's L&L. I feel like the bad reviews especially about customer service, were accidentally posted here instead of the Plaza Location. I've never really noticed any teenagers working here, just the owners daughter and she's always provided great service. L&L isn't all that great but this location has more to offer. This is absolutely the best food I've had dining out in awhile. The service was impeccable. It's a family run restaurant, and honestly the heart and soul behind the counter shows in the hospitality we received. The oldest and youngest daughters are so kind! And behind the counter, the husband and wife duo are slamming out amazing, crispy dishes! Definitely stop by if you're in the area! Thanks for the good eats!
