This is absolutely the best food I've had dining out in awhile. The service was impeccable. It's a family run restaurant, and honestly the heart and soul behind the counter shows in the hospitality we received. The oldest and youngest daughters are so kind! And behind the counter, the husband and wife duo are slamming out amazing, crispy dishes! Definitely stop by if you're in the area! Thanks for the good eats!

Staff is incredibly rude. What used to be good food at a bargain has become mediocre at best, and that's being generous. Maybe it's because my adolescent taste buds have evolved to ones of an adult or I've had enough experience to know the difference between quality and garbage. You be the judge.

I'm very pleased with what I got. Chicken katsu masubi it was crunchy n fresh n hot. Service is alright they are two older couples that have a business n mind there business. Idk as long as my food is good I'm fine.

I love the Poon's L&L. I feel like the bad reviews especially about customer service, were accidentally posted here instead of the Plaza Location. I've never really noticed any teenagers working here, just the owners daughter and she's always provided great service. L&L isn't all that great but this location has more to offer. The appeal of this location is their alternative menu. Think curries, a few rolls, garlic noodles, fried oysters and fish. I've yet to explore all of their menu but can vouch for the spicy tofu, fried oysters, and fried Mahi mahi. If you're not feeling adventurous, their traditional l&l menu is cool too. However I will say that portion size has kinda went down, possibly in response to inflation.

I just CANNOT with this place!!!! I mean it's a hole in the wall with the worst customer service. The old Asian man seemed racist as I came in with my daughter, and he did not greet us nor thank us for our business. But he gave a completely different experience to a fair skinned Latino guy. He even tried to reprimand my small child for touching his jenky credit card machine. Though he attempted to be very demeaning, I surely met him with the same energy! I made sure to watch him make my food because he was sooo damn rude. I haven't left a review on yelp in years but I had to make an exception for this ass hole. The food was trash and barely edible. A FAT ZERO for this spot. Don't waste your time, energy, or money.

Best Hawaiian bbq in town! After trying all the others my son and I only repeatedly come here! Now days if I go to a different Hawaiian bbq it's because I mistakenly order from the wrong one lol. Thank you for wonderful service!
