I'm usually very careful about trying new mobile food trucks. I don't just go to ANY truck, just because "it's there." And, as the old saying goes...you know it's a good taco truck if you see a bunch of people (actually Mexicans) in line out front. Never saw too many peeps here, so I'd passed over it several times. This mobile truck offers a bigger choice of items on their menu. The actual restaurant isn't far but the food is good but the wait time is a bit longer. My guess is it's probably short handed on kitchen help.

Super friendly man at the window and the food was made quick. Lengua on the super nachos were made perfectly they just melt in your mouth. The churros were better and better with each bite. 10/10 would go back for lunch and dinner.
